Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is THE WORSE CHIPOTLE EVER. I am in compete awe as to how small the portions are at THIS Chipotle. I eat at several different ones because I enjoy the food and this is hands down the WORST corporate example of this restaurant. I eat a veggie bowl and you would think that rice and vegetables were 19.99/pound. When I asked for more rice, instead of accommodating me, I was told «this is our trained portion size», and it is inconsistent with practically every other locations’ portions. So not only does this place chince you out of your portion, but they could care less about customer service. I guess, Hot Heads, here I come! Bye Felicia! Don’t waste your time either.

This is my favorite Chipotle. The only thing I like better is Moe’s, but since I don’t live in Pittsburgh anymore, I’ve settled for a close second. I think Hot Heads is gross. I don’t like anything they have, so that’s not an option. Chipotle is always great about giving me the plain rice I need because of a stomach disorder. There are options for all dietary needs, including my gluten intolerance. I’ve seen the line to the door countless times and yes, it takes a while, but after spending over half an hour in the same length line at the Boardman Chipotle, which has a second line just for making online orders, as their managers sat around and drank soda as they watched, I appreciate this location so much more. If only they were closer to YSU!

I love Chipotle and this one is my favorite! The staff is so friendly and really make you feel welcome. This store is the most beautiful that I have been in. I love the atmosphere!
The food itself is my favorite «fast» Mexican food because it is GMO free!!! It makes a difference to me and to my family!
My personal favorite is to get a bowl and normally I would have the Carnitas (pork) but they are currently not serving it— so I have opted for chicken! I started my bowl with white rice, black beans and chicken. I then only added sour cream and cheese! A bag of chips on the side and my plate is perfect. My daughter loves the addition of the fresh guacamole added to her bowl and a bit of lettuce. Both bowls are amazing in taste and more than enough!
Tonight my sister tried he new Sofritas and was really excited to say she liked it! She had never had tofu and really enjoyed it in her bowl. She cannot wait to have it again! She also highly encouraged anyone who is curious to try it! It’s very good! (By the way you can ask for a sample!)
As we ate I noticed several more customers coming in and the staff was still just as nice and still as hospitable even as it drew near to closing.
I will definitely be back to this location! It may not be closest to my house but it has amazing service and food so it’s worth it to me!

Two words could sum this place up. Slow & Inconsistent !!!
This is the slowest Chipotle I’ve ever been at… lucky me it’s the one in my home town…
