It’s like the Post Office you know and hate, but much much better.
I came in today to turn in my passport application, turns out I had the old form filled out, no problem he gave me the newer version. Even after that I was still out of the Post Office in 15 minutes!
Awesome customer service, I never knew I could leave a government office happy.
