I agree with the other review posted. This was a cleaner i started going to when i first moved to Hercules. The prices were high but i knew no better. After going there for about a year i realized that my clothes were coming back with a stale stench, it was awful. I had a leather coat cleaned by them, it took 1 month to clean and came back smelling like chemical, i had to get rid of it. I left my clothes in there once and they gave them away to“good will”, but he two twin daughters i think took them. OK that is all speculation, but they did not even call me to tell me i left clothes in there. i had no idea i was going there so much. They are not friendly at all and they are ungrateful, lack customer service, are not accommodating, over priced, and i would not recommend them to anyone. Go to Park Cleaners next to Wells Fargo Bank.

This place is way too expensive, seriously. I’m spending $ 75-$ 95 every time I drop off my clothes. This ain’t Beverly Hills, yo. But, I go there regularly anyway because I’m a sucker and a creature of habit. You’d think if you were paying top dollar, you’d be treated with a little friendliness, followed by a genuine«thank you», right? Maybe even a 10% discount on occasion, yes? A «happy holidays» special or something? That’s all I ask. Well, it’s never happened here. In summary, I’m paying exorbitant prices to cold, stoic, ungrateful dry cleaners — and I’m over it. Surely, there must be a nice dry cleaner out there who is willing to smile and thank me as they accept my hard-earned money. I vow to find them!
