DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!
At first I thought the place was so so; I was seated right away and only had to wait a few minutes before the pedicure began. There weren’t many colors to choose from, but I found something decent. The massage chairs here are terrible! There are no settings to choose from, it just felt like I was sitting on a lawnmower. Also, the tub was a bit slimy like a previous reviewer mentioned.
The workers here were very difficult to communicate with. I showed the guy a photo of a polish color and asked if he had anything close to it. He just smiled and said yes, pretty! The woman seated next to me asked for some polish remover and he smiled and just kept saying relax I do it (and never brought her any). The same woman sat and waited while 3 other customers walked in and were helped ahead of her.
The pedicure was decent enough, but then he told me $ 23 and moved on to the woman next to me. When I reminded him I wanted a manicure (I said it multiple times at the beginning), he stopped helping her and came back to me. She understandably complained and asked for a manager, so he went back to her and someone else started my manicure. After filing and pushing my cuticles back, she told me, «ok, $ 28, you pay now?» I questioned her, thinking she was checking the price before finishing, but she kept telling me I had to pay at this point, even though she hadn’t done the polish yet. I reluctantly agreed and she finished.
I think I could’ve done a better job drunk than this «professional»! I was so mad that I had already paid for such a terrible job! There were too many red flags to ever give this place another try.

Sun Nails Salon is located on Tobacco Rd next to Bi-​lo grocery store.
After reading the last and only review of this place, I was skeptical on their service. I traveled from Cincinnati Ohio to Hephzibah Georgia and did not get in until Saturday late evening. My mother and I planned on leaving on Monday early morning to the beach. So I was desperate and needed to get my nails done. Many nail salons in the area closed on Sundays. Not Sun Nails. Their hours are from 12:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. I thought I would give Sun Nails a try because I believe a business should have a second chance.
I walked in and was greeted by the staff. I noticed that it was laid back and not as busy. They were able to take me in right away for a Manicure and Pedicure. Only $ 28.00! So cheap!
I was looking around, I noticed how open, great lighting and cleaner than most nail salons I’ve been to.
As I sat down to get my pedicure, the woman was very accommodating and asked if I doing okay (always checking up on me). The water was not too hot, just lukewarm they way I like it. The massage chairs were very comfortable. Nail tools were sanitized (I watched her pull out a new bag from the drawer).
I think she did a great job on my nails. She was very quick, but paid attention to detail. For my toes, I got OPI bronze color and manicure, a coral color. LOVED it.
I would come back and glad I came here. The staff is very friendly. I’m a happy and satisfied customer.

While my pedicure looks great I’m highly concerned about their sanitation. The pedi tub was slimy and all they do to clean it is use a ratty sponge and spray cleaner of some sort and do a very minimal sweep of it. The lady who worked on me took the instruments she was working with on the lady before me and used some alcohol and then wiped them on a towel and used them on me. Yuck. I know I didn’t have any open wounds so no worries but I can only imagine what I could’ve caught there. They may sanitize the scrub they use on your feet but this is not enough.
So they took people without telling them that there would be at least a twenty minute wait. They started working on me first and then about 20 minutes later they started on my guest. Not only that they took two more clients, one that was obviously with some time constraints and they didn’t start on them for at least 30 minutes. Poor, poor service.
