Today was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded. Neha made feel very comfortable and reassured me that I would love it, and she was absolutely right about that. She was very personal and professional. I love that they have the reward card, after 6 services over $ 12 the 7th is free. I will definitely be back to Idolize and I’ll more that likely never wax again.

I use to love the work Idolize techs did on my brows. Now the old staff is gone and the new staff just doesn’t hit the mark now — more tweezing being done at visits and new growth much earlier with new techs. Please bring old staff back.

I have been going to this place for about 7 months. All technicians are good, but Janay (spelling might be off) is AWESOME! She is fast, has a light touch, and performs miracles on my thick, curly brows. Does anyone know where she is or when she workds? I have not seen her lately.

I’ve been there a couple of times and the staff are skilled and quick. I love that they have a loyalty card so that I can get one eyebrow threading every once in a while. I will definitely be a regular here.

Getting my eyebrows threaded at Idolize is great! My last visit with Rani was excellent, just as my previous visits have been. Much better than waxing or plucking!

I came for eyebrow threading. Employee was nice and friendly. Got the job done ok but was more painful than I’ve had in the past. Figured I just wasn’t used to it since I hadn’t had my brows done in a few months. But sure enough ~3 days later I notice some small scabs forming along my upper eyebrows! The employee had threaded way too hard. In my 6+ years of getting my brows threaded this has NEVER happened. So yes this place is clean, service prompt, and employees friendly but I would not come back here unfortunately because I feel the employees might not be the best trained.

The service here was great. She fixed the train wreck job the eyebrow place at regency mall created! The staff was very friendly, she took her time, and the store itself was nice! I am only coming to this place from now on!

I had been curious about threading for some time now, and I came across a Groupon and thought it was the perfect opportunity.
I opted to do my eyebrows and upper lip (which is typically what I would have waxed) I was hoping to find an alternative to waxing that didn’t leave a residue or cause me to break out. Tika was sweet, and did a great job shaping my brows. I’m pretty sure this has been the most even they have been since I began plucking as a teenager!
It did take longer than waxing, but I don’t think my total time there was more than 15−20minutes, which is totally reasonable. They also have a rewards card, which is AWESOME! We all like to be rewarded for loyalty. All in all, I found my new spot!

I went to Idolize. There was a brief wait. Once I got in the chair, I could feel the hairs being plucked. I could feel she was going to close to the beginning of my brow. Once she was finish my brow was Hella thin. I looked like the Devil… I have angry brows!!!
It will take forever to grow back thick. If you want to look like the Grinch for Thanksgiving… I suggest going here.

It was my first time there. My sister actually recommended threading! So so so glad I did! I found it was much LESS painful than waxing. Since it was my first time she explained it would take a bit longer… which was absolutely fine! I have to say I am extremely happy with how my brows look! I will surely be a regular.

I used groupon to check out Idolize. After reading reviews I was excited to go. I asked for Chandra who seems to be the go to girl after reading the reviews, but she is no longer there… but I had Nena who was AWESOME!!! So this is now my place for brows. I will recommend this place to all my friends. Thanks Idolize and Nena!

I miss Sara, the old threader because she made the service feel spa like with a quick
Brow and forehead message. She did a great job with training your eyebrows to get the right arch.
The current threaders are good, but not the same experience. They are friendly and still do a quality job on your eyebrows. Make sure you tell them what you want and if you want to let any areas grow in to get the right shape.
The studio is very clean and modern and is a nice place to go to. They offer a punch card so you can get a free service after only 7 prior visits. This is awesome cause your eyebrows can grow out every 2 weeks. The cost of threading eyebrows is 12, but there has been groupons and promotions lowering the cost.
I will continue to come to this threading location because it is way better than waxing. No pain, little redness and a way better experience.
