I have been using Tennessee MiniStorage to store my family’s precious belongings for over 2 years!!! The staff has been amazing. It is safe, well lit, has 24 hour surveillance, and just makes me feel better about storing items there that I cherish but do not have room for at my home. Chad, the Manager, has went beyond the call of duty to answer questions, helped me when I had a problem after hours, and responded to my after hours phone calls within 10 minutes of me leaving a message with the after hours operator. Krista, also a member of the staff, has always help me with concerns or questions immediately and always has a smiling face when you walk in the door making you feel comfortable. The staff at Tennessee ministorage has been nothing but great. I highly recommend storing your items at there facility! It is safe and you will be amazed with the hands on help they provide!!! I would give 10 stars if it were an option.

I personally like the cleanliness of Tennessee Mini Storage, and the management is top notch. The employees are friendly and courteous, and the location is very convenient. The property is secure and well lit. What more could I ask for from my storage center?
