Hendersonville, TN
Not bad, but not the best as far as doctor’s offices. On 3rd floor, always hot in the waiting room and they have never seen me on time. Last time I went they had just added a completely new software program and were having lots of issues, which I am sure is fixed by now, but was troubling. They made copies of my insurance yet billed me as uninsured… should I trust them with my most precious organ? They are not very personable as doctors either, just extremely cut and dried. I need a more friendly experience.
