I use to love this place til I got food poisoning from the fish! So I wouldn’t go here .It sucks now I won’t eat fish anywhere sense that happened !

It’s pretty dirty inside. And they took the blinds down, so the sun was blinding me while eating my dinner inside. I got a baked potato the size of a golf ball! And this chicken tender dinner was over $ 8! Clean the place up plz!

It’s funny how surprised Captain D’s seems to be when a customer comes in and wants to order. And it takes a very long time to get your food, even when the place is empty. That might have something to do with every employee being on their phone the entire time I was in the restaurant.
The best that can be said is that they’re better than the Captain D’s in Goodlettsville.

I love Captain D’s fried fish, french fries, and hush puppies, but the service/​management at the Hendersonville location is wretched. I am usually treated nicely and apologized too (odd how every time I go they need to apologize for something), but there is almost always a long wait even with an empty restaurant and drive-​thru. It is clear that the owner does not take an active role in this restaurant. However much I like the food, this location is simply not worth the hassle.
