Lousy, I like arbys but avoid this one my fiancé got a chicken bacon swiss and there was hardly any bacon to be spoke of the sandwich was cold and I ordered a large and she got a medium fry and she and i got about the same amount of fries which was were about smalls at best and not to mention the staff was terrible they forgot to give us our card back and acted like they had already gave it back with the receipt which we also never got we will never return and will warn everyone

Drove across Hendersonville just to try Arby’s new brown sugar bacon sandwiches. Received the wrong sandwich, went back to exchange it, which they did begrudgingly and without so much as an apology. Sandwiches and fried were cold and the drinks had no ice at all.
I know it’s fast food but this was beyond sad. I won’t be going back to this Arby’s again.

It’s Arby’s. For fast food, especially in this small city, it’s as good as it gets. It hits all the marks: the food is served hot, it’s as fresh as fast food can be, and the service is consistently pleasant. The added bonus at this location is that, oddly enough, the drive-​thru is on the front of the building. It may seem strange, but you don’t have to place your order downwind from a steamy dumpster, so embrace the strange and be grateful for it. Keep up the good work, guys.

They only get 1 cuz I have to put something! The service is terrible! We went there with my family of 6 plus 2 friends. And I wanted to use a buy one get one with a purchase of a combo. Simple? Not! They argued and wouldn’t let me. Then the manager came over was also young and rude! I said cancel my 45.00 order and I’ll never be back! Then they both laughed in my face! That made me more furious! So needless to say I called corporate and complained! They did send me 2 free combo meals. But the Owner in Hendersonville never did call and apologize. Don’t waste your time. When we did eat there the food is always cold and the service is not good!
