Have been coming here almost every week for the past few months and they do a great job. Good service, nice employees, quick and affordable and more importantly no drama. Keep up the great work!

This women has no clue what she’s doing !!! She RUINED my wedding dress ! No apology or reimbursement offered, And is supposedly the owner. This was a 5k silk dress that I trusted her to clean and preserve. According to an actual professional, she threw it in the washing machine ! I wish I could post pics. I will be suing ! Customers BEWARE!!!

Terrible I am very unsatisfied. Service started off good and Kathy was nice. Brought in my Wife’s baptism dress for my daughter to wear on her baptism. Two flowers on the dress were safety pinned on and I asked for them to be sewn on. Kathy said no problem. Picked up the dress to find a bunch of wires around the flowers when we got home. Took it back Kathy said «oh it’s because the dress is old and the wires came out in the wash.» She was getting frustrated I even asked about the wires. Then She said cut them off and offered to do it. I said yes please do. She then cut one of the decoration beads off of the dress as I was saying stop wait. I asked why she did that and she said «you wanted me to cut the wire» I said yeah the metal wire what you cut wasn’t wire. She didn’t apologize for the mistake and actually got even more frustrated with me. Then I look at my suit when I get home and there are lines where the cleaners ironed it with the pockets in leaving marks on my black suit. I would recommend the cheaper cleaners in the next shopping center over next to Tropical smoothie. I thought since I was paying more I would get extra care with my garments. And terrible problem resolution.

Kathy is so nice! I have been going there for years Maybe 5 years different thing the seamstress they have is wonderful she is making me a linen pillowcase now. They are great I love doing business them even I don’t have anything to press I look for stuff because they are so freindly.

Great place to get items pressed or laundry done for locals or folks like us — vacationers.

I love ZEN cleaners. They have the best seamstress. They are hands-​down my favorite cleaner when it comes to tough jobs and alterations. I took an asian rug there after a pet accident and they actually went over it twice for me to get stain out. They are very fast in turning around alterations and it’s a very comfortable environment to do fittings! Highly recommend!

Had an emergency qipaow dress situation and needed it made smaller in a hurry. Went on the rec of my bridesmaid and I’m v happ that I did. Good pricing and fast service, my dress was ready faster than I expected it could be!

Now known as Zen Cleaners. They offer the best dry cleaning service in the area. A little higher in price but well worth it imo.
