They are amazing they always have my gifts done in 30 min the lady’s are extremely helpful and they always treat you with respect thank you guys for everything

I bought a gift for my boss’ birthday. The first time I went to go pick it up the engraving plate wasn’t situated on it correctly and the ink pen was missing. I called them and after being on hold for 30 minutes, the guy told me to come back and he would fix it and give me my pen for it. So that same night I went back to the mall which is a 24 mile round trip for me to go get the pen and for him to fix the plate. He fixed it and glued it down with crazy glue so there was no removing it. I went back to my house only to discover the page was on up side down. Now mind you the plate is glued down so there is no removing it by my boyfriend or I. The next day I go back AGAIN — yep another 24 miles and they said they would engrave it again. So I left it with them for at least 4 days and just picked it up last Tuesday, only to get home and realize the batteries are not in the box – yep you guessed it another 24 miles. I mean really, I have always bought from this place from the MEADOWS MALL and I have never had this issue. When I went back to get the batteries today as soon as they opened the doors, the girl ask me what was wrong with it, I told her that this is the 4^th time I had to return their with the same gift for 4 different issues, she gave me the batteries and didn’t even offer a resolution. I will NEVER buy from this store ever ever again. Okay so I get home to put the batteries in the clock and the one of the five batteries is corroded… unbelievable…I’m so friggin’ done with this place!!!

Dude! Day before Xmas eve crazy packed Angel not only helped us but opened a Kane to check out. Great CUS service… we pick up our mugs tomorrow! Thank u so much for the friendly, great, speedy and AMAZING service! Joshua greeted is the very moment we walked in and well! Great staff!!!

Over the years I hae purchased many items from blankets, flask, and picture frames. I have always been very pleased with how they have turned out and the people reciving the items were also pleased with the end result. Will continue to shop here.

We were searching for a gift for a baptism and decided that Things remembered was a good option. We settled on a nice globe with some engraving (its for a 2 year old). The lady working the counter was super cool and helped us pick our fonts and stuff. She gave us lots of suggestions and made the process easy. They had our order completed and ready to go by that afternoon.

The best store for personalized gifts!!! I have been to a few different Things Remembered stores and this is by far my favorite location. I come here a lot for personalized gifts, I have gotten everything from baby gifts, wedding gifts, mother in law gifts, birthday gifts, anniversary gifts, they are great for everything! I recently took in a really nice bottle of Perrier Jouet Champagne and had it engraved for a wedding gift. And they did a wonderful job of course, they always have a fast turn around. The staff is really very helpful especially the petite african american girl with bangs, I am so sorry I forget her name but she is a sweetheart and I always try to have her help me with my gifts! Nicest staff I have had from any Things Remembered store!
