The customer service was TERRIBLE!!! The guy on the other end of the phone was rude and argumentative. Listen, I don’t work there so how about explaining a few things when asked instead of being rude and short with me? Guarantee that wouldn’t be the case if we were face to face.

If I could leave a minus 5 I certainly would. I brought my mother’s fine china to be wrapped and shipped. Michael was going to make sure the dishes were packed well I paid almost $ 400, which included shipping and insurance. The dishes were more than 60 years old — without a single chip. They were very fine china from Germany — Hutschenreuther. I did not want to pack them myself because I wanted to make sure they would get to Texas intact as a wedding present for our daughter. Professional packing was the only way to go. You would think that the UPS store workers would have been taught how to pack dishes. The precious cups had a thin piece of bubble wrap — no cardboard at all which is very necessary when shipping cups. Plates were were piled flat — plates will break if they are not standing. My heart is broken. These are dishes that I cannot replaced. I am happy that I live in Texas. If I would live in Henderson, I would cry every time I had to drive by. I am furious that my mother’s most pr coins China was so cavalierly handled. What good is insurance when the set is no longer complete. The set is now worthless. The beautiful serving pieces were barely wrapped. Of course they were all broken. We had a real cry-fest as we were unpacking. I would not recommend this store for any purpose.

This UPS store is great! The two men working(ones name is Michael) were so nice and beyond helpful! They had everything I needed under one roof… printing, notarizing and shipping! Not even FedEx has notary services. Highly recommend this store!

I’m very disappointed with the UPS Store. They are friendly when doing business regarding their mailbox services, but when it came to using them for additional services that is where they failed. I blame the owner, in particular, who has always come across cold, unlike his workers, and just not friendly. He has a problem communicating. When asked questions in e-mail, he would not answer them. Or if he said he would do something, he wouldn’t do it. He wouldn’t follow up by gettting quotes from printers when it was clearly discussed with him that was needed. When he dropped the ball, he couldn’t even bother to apologize… just plain rude! Overall, he was just unorganized and unprofessional. I will never use them for additional services again since they are unreliable. Shop around also because their prices for these services are very high As soon as my mailbox service ends there, I’ll stop my business with them. I can’t wai
