Starbucks

This is the closest Starbucks to my place of employment, so if I have a lunch time Starbucks craving this is where I head.
So my lazy butt wishes they had a drive thru, but I am happily suprised every time I go that there is no line and I’m in and out pretty fast. The shop is on the small side. The staff is pleasant and has even offered me suggestions. My drink has always been served quickly and is made well. I have had no complaints.

Bunch of donkeys at this location. Asked for a white hot chocolate and a breakfast sandwich (double smoked bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant). I received a white mocha and a breakfast sandwich (egg and cheese on a wheat English muffin). How do you royally mess up BOTH orders!!! First of all, what tasteless human being enjoys only egg and cheese on a breakfast sandwich — how do you not want meat? Then a whole wheat English muffin to top off this tasteless item. Just wrong. For the white mocha mess up, I have NEVER had coffee in my life, I’ve never even used the word MOCHA in my life, so how he mis heard my order, still confuses me. Whatever, I threw both items away cause the line was too long to wait again and I hate being that person who complains to management.

The barista, Bobby, absolutely made my morning. The crew here in the mornings are very fast and are on point with everything I order. Definitely my regular Starbucks now!!!

They close early and no drive through (unless I was mistaken. I was rushing and it’s night and I’m new here)

I love this Starbucks location. Only downfall is that they close really early (8:30pm). I’m a student and live really close to this one, so this is my study central! Workers are very friendly, coffee is always good, and the facility is always kept clean

Its really a matter of preference. I wish they had more selection of salads. They also miss that mark of what I always special order, even if they write it down on my cup. Maybe next time, or another starbucks somewhere else. Maybe theyve had several off days when I come in. I hope they improve on their customer service. Being rushed and getting my orders wrong isnt cool.

I would just like to say thank you to this Starbucks location. The other day I received my coffee and it wasn’t made right, I understand that day they were busy so it was a simple mistake. I called and spoke with the manager I believe his name was Jason, I could be wrong though. He apologized for the mistake and had remembered me coming in so he offered me a free drink on my next visit and on top of that a gift card for four dollars towards a future purchase.

The usual Starbucks experience except no drive thru. Great frappuccino! The tables were really close together and seemed a little claustrophobic in there.

I live within walking distance and have been coming here for over a year and never a problem… The Barista’s are fabulous… They are ok with remaking it if you are not satisfied… The customer service here is 5 plus!!! I sit and write from time to time and they offer extras… Love this location… Warm Springs off of Stephanie is horrible… Customers beware!!!

Everyone friendly and attentive I go here daily:) The place is always nice and clean. The coffee is always hot and fresh. The cheese danish is especially full and delicious!

My local Starbucks. I absolutely love the customer service. My order is always right. They are very attentive and work well as a team. My job needs a field trip here. I also love, which some may not care about but she always seems to spell my name right each time. Yes I am serious. People usually spell my name with y and she does it correctly each time with a i.

My favorite local Starbucks. I think their drinks are made the best in comparison to other locations in the area.
Their customer service is top-​notch. I use the mobile app multiple times a week — which is amazing by the way, you should start utilizing it if you haven’t already. It’s great for those of us always in a time crunch! My drink is always ready on time and waiting for me when I come in.
I did have an issue once though recently when ordering the chicken Sante Fe panini because the app showed it was available when it wasn’t and allowed me to make the purchase. When I came in, they informed me of the error and immediately apologized, had me select another sandwich option which they heated right away for me, and gave me a gift card for a free drink next time I came in for my inconvenience. Their service always astounds me, they take care of the problem for you before you have to even have an opportunity to get disappointed.
Another plus is they recently remodeled, so they’re lookin’ good too :)

The smallest Starbucks I’ve ever seen, can never hardly find a seat — the times I’ve been there I’ve sat outside, which is fine with me but it would be nice to sit inside once… but they’re always taken there must be a total of 8 chairs inside … So then I sit outside and someone starts smoking even though the sign signs NO SMOKING — sorry but I have a lung injury so I cannot be around it. She did finally see the sign and put it out, thanks lady. It’s on a busy street corner so if you sit up straight and tall you can see over their barrier to the corner of warm springs and green valley parkway and watch the cars as you sip your latte and eat your chocolate cupcake pop. They have a great selection (of course) of pastries, cups/​teapots etal… and a good bulletin board for local posts. I’ll be back.

I enjoy a beverage or two from Starbucks from time to time and like the store internal design. The store is pretty small and guests are usuall cramped when ordering, waiting or trying to enjoy you items at a table. The other downfall is there is no drive through and the parking lot is awkwardly shaped due to the location in this plaza causing havoc at times.

What can I say. I’m addicted to Starbucks.
Best coffee and pastries. Services is always friendly and always enjoy to meet my clients, family or friends.

It’s just a two star day here at Starbucks. This is my neighborhood one and it’s in a slump in my opinion.
When we came in the person in front of us ordered a smoothie but they were out of banana. The barista making smoothies really took it personally apparently because she threw the blender pitcher into the sink and then was really snippy with the customer about making something else.
I was next customer up and my drink is definitely wrong but there is no way I’d say anything based on how the last person was talked to.
Overall, there is an A team here and when they’re working it’s great. When it’s not the employees that actually want to be here… Save your money.

Prepare to wait people. Slowest Starbucks ever. Every single time I think to myself… «Why do I continue to come here?!»
Drinks are always solid but the staff is the slower than molasses. At first I just figured it was an off day, but time after time… Slow.
Staff is not friendly and as much as I hate to even say it… I put a $ 1 in the tip jar almost every single time and I have literally never received a «hey thanks so much!»
Pretty discouraging.
You may be wondering, «then why do you continue to go there?» It’s the closest one to my work. So, I’m stuck with slow… Meh.

These guys suck, I arrived at 8;30pm and another car pulled up too, before we could get out of the car an employee walked up to the door and
Locked it and turned around and started shutting the lights off, So I guess it doesn’t stay open till 9pm like stated, I’ve come here before and have dealt with bad attitudes but brushed it off, I guess I’ll go to other one on warm springs and Julia,

Walked in to this quite Starbucks and stood at the counter for 5 minutes before either employee acknowledged me. Well NOT be going back to this location!
