There’s only 3 things that keep me coming back –Ground Turkey –Wheat Rolls –Cheap gas prices! In California there was no such thing as Smiths’, fast forward to moving here and Smith’s is the«it» store! I never knew anything about it until my grandma bought a few things for me and I really did like them! The wheat rolls are crack! Put some butter on them and pop them in the microwave! I know what your thinking when it comes to ground turkey, it’s boring and nothing special LOL! However, this brand of turkey is delicious! It makes Jennie –O look like chop liver! It’s not dry at all when you cook it, it’s flavorful too! Finally, their gas prices are ridiculously insane! I thought Costco was the cheapest but Smith’s takes the cake! Everything else in the store is insanely overpriced so I never do full grocery shopping here, I just come for these specific things and head to Walmart or Winco for my groceries. ^__^

This is the worst Smiths I have ever been to. Horrible customer service from the employees. I visited on Thanksgiving to get some items and asked where the French’s fried onions were, I was directed to three different places, none were right, I finally asked the young man who was on the microphone standing by the self checkout where the French’s fried onions were and he responds by barking«were out» does not even look up at me. I have visited a few times more but got tired of the rude staff so I now shop at Vons!

Just not a fan. A cluster of a parking lot, weird access/traffic light at Green Valley and rude shoppers make this place no bueno. The addition of the fuel station just makes it 1,200 times worse. This is the closest grocery store to me but I prefer shopping anywhere else! Nevertheless, I do end up shopping here on occasion against my better judgment. Smith’s weekly ad has some good deals, so that is their saving grace. They also have worthy deals on clearance items throughout the store and mark down seasonal goods as well. The fuel station is convenient but has few pumps and no marked lanes so it’s a free for all just like the damn parking lot!

The store located off of Boulder Hwy and Palo Verde Drive(89015), has really become a ZOO! Wow! This store was once a normal, spacious, shopping experience with plenty of room to breath. Now, it’s like, excuse, me, oh pardon me, oh sorry I almost hit you with my shopping cart, excuse me, excuse me. Corporate execs at other grocery chains need to find this potential goldmine in this particular market. After the gigantic Food For Less closed down and then they built literally hundreds of section 42 apartment buildings on Boulder Hwy, this market is now saturated by desperate, hungry shoppers. It’s time to open a few other grocery stores around here. The Smith’s store at this location must be reeling in the BIG dollars I am quite sure. Compress the masses into one small store and watch business profits soar. Yada yada yada!

I am a loyal Smith’s patron and love all the good deals. This location by far, is my favorite, mainly because of its size(not too big, making it easy to find stuff). Aisles are just the right size, and workers are friendly! Also love the fact that this location has the gas station. :-)

This is far from the nicest Smith’s in town but it’s solidly A-Ok! The store is well stocked and the employees can usually get you in and out quickly. What more do you really require in a standard chain grocery store? Make sure to take note: they don’t have a gas station at this location.

I don’t know how many times I have been here over the years… maybe five. The first three times must not have been bad or I must have use a self service station and checked myself out. The past two times, let’s call them #4 and #5 have left me feeling like I went to a United States Post Office during Christmas after dealing with the checkers. Allow me to bitch… #4. «D» baggish, 20 something, male who in a bar I might have shoulder checked and I am not a violent person. #550 something female that was the very definition of snarky. I would drive to a Walmart in Searchlight before I ever go back to this place.

Never had any problems at this Smith’s. It is what it is and I don’t expect much going into any chain market. Their produce selection is meh, ok and everything else is standard. I’ve pretty much always visited on a weekend after draining my wallet, I mean, shopping at Whole Foods up the street and it’s never been ridiculously busy which is nice. All of the staff I’ve encountered have been friendly and helpful and the place is always well stocked. Nothing stands out, good or bad, always a decent experience.

This grocery store is adequate enough and I don’t have any complaints. It has a well-stocked selection of packaged foods and decent quality produce. I wish the fruits and vegetables were fresher or tastier, but I’ll take what I can get from my neighborhood grocery chain(and hey, Trader Joe’s is just up the road). One very nice thing about this particular store are the employees. They are more helpful than most and offer solid customer service.

It’s a supermarket chain, so don’t expect great produce, ’cause their fruits and vegetables are pretty much mediocre across the board. That said, it’s a supermarket, so it has pretty much all the general foods you might want. And they do put out some pretty good manager’s specials from time to time.
