Ready Dental

Even though I gave my insurance information to the receptionist the day before my appointment I was told when I showed up I was told that they wouldn’t accept it. When I was told she informed me that they had tried calling me several times. The problem is that they knew I was coming from over an hour away and I went there purposely because the only person I know to watch my baby lives in Henderson. I would have already have left to be there on time when they made the first attempt to get ahold of me, not to mention that I still had to drop my baby off. On a personal note I’ve been dealing with postpartum depression and anxiety and even making an appointment was difficult for me let alone working it around my friends schedule so she could provide daycare. The appointment wasn’t until 12:30 p.m. and they had my insurance information the day before at no later than 10 a.m. and if all of that is not bad enough the woman who told me made it sound as if it was my fault for not picking up the phone while I was of course driving because like I said they knew I lived over an hour away. I know that mistakes happen but trying to make it seem as if its my fault it was completely unprofessional.

I just had such a great experience here I have to review. Ive had such horrible dental experiences in the past in every possible way and was just hoping this place would be pasable but it definitely exceeded my expectations. The receptionist was very friendly. The office was clean and comfortable. There was no wait time. I was called back 5 mins after I arrived a little earlier then my appt time I believe. Once back there the assitant jeanine took xrays and was very patient and friendly. Even gave me some vasaline because my lips were dry. Then Dr. Schwarz came in and was friendly and very patient in explaining everything I needed to know about my teeth and how gums and teeth work and how to prevent gum disease and teeth decay and just very informative and patient. I was shocked. Im usually pressured into doin a treatment in the first 5 mins and if I refuse they say ok schedule when your rdy and leave while the assistant does the cleaning. Dr. Schwarz did my cleaning and him and his assistant flossed my teeth and showed me the correct way to floss. He suggested I get my wisdom teeth pulled out but instead of pressuring me into gave me reasons why and just left it up to me no pressure. Didnt try and sell me anything even said if I didnt want to be awake for the procedure he can refer me to someone else. Amazing. So I made the appt with him. I will update my next appt. They even sent me on my way with a new toothbrush toothpaste and travel toothbrush. Looks like I finally found a decent dentist yayyyy!!!
