Nice Nails

Finally!!! A place in Henderson that is fast and does a fantastic job! No cuticles on my toes, thank god, and my nails are actually filed evenly.

gave my niece a mani pedi gift certificate for her birthday and coincidentally, I went with her for the pedi. if I wasn’t there I would no have believed her. she was in and out of that chair in about 20 min and 10 of those minutes were on her pedi … who gets a 10 min pedicure? I was so disappointed and even embarrassed that she didn’t get the treatment I intended for her, actually I could have done a better job for her at home.. I will say that a lady named von was doing a pedi next to me and I was so envious of the foot massage that guy was being vs the quick moving application of lotion and oil applied to my lower leg (not my feet) The worse thing was that I called the shop back after we got home and my niece confirmed how fast her pedi came and went and someone named Michelle, who was actually the one who did her pedi, argued with me about the great job she did and how much time she spent. … Where the heck is customer service anymore? Don’t they realize that without people coming to these shops, they shouldn’t have a job. ??? especially since there is 5 nail shops on every corner. … finally I don’t think Michelle really was the manager and if she is., she has a lot to learn about customer retention… just saing.

I got my nails done Wednesday my pedicure is already chipped and my nail is already lifting. Not to mention the guy who did my nails looked up my number on their computer and started texting me. No thanks

Von does the most amazing job ever! She takes her time, listens to you and is a sweetheart! Love her!!!

Debbie and Von are wonderful. I show up with a picture of what I want and they are so accommodating and are able to do my nails exactly the way the picture is! They are awesome!

Nails turned out misshaped and not completely covered on sides. Glitter gel was $ 5 more. Service was decent, nothing special. Will only return for fill.

First time and last time… lady took hours to do my nails. Not only that she kept eating and chewing snack like a cow. I asked her exactly what I wanted and got something completely different! The worst part I was over charged for something I totally did not asked for. $ 120 for cappy service and terrible nail job.

I have been coming to Nice Nails for about three years now. I have never had any issues or problems with my nails or pedicures. I am always very satisfied with their work. I am here twice a month! The staff is very friendly the shop is very clean. I would highly recommend this salon.

I have been going to this place for years. Most times they have been doing a decent job. I have noticed lower quility recently. My gel came off less then a week. My pedicure was wavy and I do a better job myself. Very disappointing.

I have been going to this salon since it opened! Absolutely amazing staff & so friendly! I have never had anything that I didn’t like. Even if you don’t like it at he salon they will correct whatever you need or want done! I never go anywhere else!!:)

I have been going to nice nails for 10 years now. I have tried other places when my technician was too busy and i really needed them that day. The problem was I would have to go back to Debbie at nice nails to have them fixed. I will never leave nice nails they do a great job.

I have been a loyal customer at nice nails for 10 years! It’s my go to spot for my mani and pedi. Von is the best, but Debbie and Tina are also great! I always leave happy and more than satisfied.

DON’T DO IT! They are not a clean establishment! Using cheese graders and not washing them after. They do not throughly clean the wash basin! I watched this nasty practice several times while my nails dried. Ewwweee

Been going there for 1 year. Ivy that does my nails is such a nice person. Too bad the owner (maybe?) is so rude and doesn’t appreciate their regular customers. My daughter had a lifting nail after 7 days and went back to have it fixed. They wanted to glue her nail. She can’t use glue so they were going to charge her to fill it. I can’t believe after 7 days they charged and were so rude. We have been really good customers with no problems and the owner said do not come back. I feel sorry for Ivy, as she has been doing our nails for a long time. Goodbye nice nails. I won’t be coming back. Too many nail salons that treat customers nicely.

Nice nails? Not so nice after all. My mother and I have been going there every 2 weeks for a year to get our acrylics done. Last visit one of my nails started lifting after a week. I went in and a very rude lady who works there (maybe the owner?) yelled at me that I bumped it against something. I told her I did not and she said she would glue it for me. Glue for me only lasts a day, so I asked if she would fill it. She then grabbed my finger and started twisting the nail. I said «ouch!» Workers were just walking around doing nothing. She said that she was going to charge me $ 3. Most places guarantee no lifting for 2 weeks. When I mentioned that to her, she told me to go find another salon then. So I will and so will my mother. Good for you in losing 2 regular customers.

After all these years I still love this place and the people who work here. Always accommodating, very fair prices and excellent customer service. They just recently renovated and the place looks gorgeous and seems much more efficient.
One thing I don’t care for with the renovation is the new chairs – I’m too short for them. The kneading/​rolling feature on the chair is too high and doesn’t hit my back –it’s actually at the back of my head height. They do still have a couple of the older chairs left as of this visit and Tina, my nail tech, suggested I move to one of the older chairs but I didn’t since I’d already been soaking my feet and didn’t want them to have to clean another chair. Next time I’ll be sure to request an older chair.
Thanks John and Debbie for always providing excellent service. I love that this is a place where everyone knows my name. :)

This place is amazing! The new layout is perfect for a high quality salon, and the prices are absolutely affordable.
ATTENTION: please disregard past reviews. Kim never worked there, the tools are 100% disinfected and sterilized before every use, and in case you didn’t know CHEESE GRATERS ARE USED TO REMOVE CALLUSES. If you’re not comfortable with cheese graters, you can ask them not to use it (but I recommend you do if you have bad heels, mine have gotten better because of the dead skin removal.)
I would recommend this place to anyone!

I had been here before about a year ago and everything was fine. It’s close to my place so I didn’t drive to my normal nail place and now I wish I had. At first, everything seemed fine.
Then I noticed the woman doing my nails was on the phone. She picked up the phone twice during my pedicure and talked for at least five minutes each time. That’s rude, but what will make me never come here again is what happened next.
I was reading a magazine when she started scrapping my feet for rough spots. Everything seemed normal until I looked up and realized she was using a CHEESE GRATER to scrape my feet. I was in such disbelief I even asked her if that was a cheese grater. She laughed and said something in another language. By then, she was already done and there was nothing I could do.
To top it off, I saw her put it away in drawer without sterilizing it, which can only lead me to believe she didn’t disinfect it before using it on me.
I took pictures of the cheese grater and am filing a compliant with Nevada State Board of Cosmetology.
