Nevada Sign

The company has a good reputation in town. They’ve been in business for a long time; the owner is always on site. They finished my project on time, within budget. Their receptionist Max is a sweetheart! I’m sure I will do business with them again.

I had a business sign made and installed about a year and half ago with Nevada Sign. They walked me through the licensing processes that they would complete for me, and offered a turn-​key job. Then, about a year later, my sign started looking dull. I contacted Nevada Sign about it, and they immediately re-​made my sign front at minimal cost, and later came out again to see why it wasn’t lighting up at dusk, (which turned out to be the sun setting into the electric eye — clearly not their fault, yet they did not charge me). They fixed all of my problems fairly and quickly, and were genuinely concerned about my satisfaction with their work. I highly recommend this company for their knowledge, expertise and fair pricing structure. They get the job done right and to code. I couldn’t be happier!

Boy oh boy, now they accuse people of things that just did not happen. When he asked if I had a permit I said no. It was at that point that he said «well, you have NOTHING!» I never asked him to hang the sign without a permit. As a matter of fact, I asked him to help me understand the process. He is so rude and short tempered that he didn’t even give me a chance to ask any further questions. I believe that what we wanted just wasn’t enough to waste this guys time. Sorry to bother you sir. My recommendation is that nobody else bother him either.
