Maxed Out Hair

Super cute hair cut! Even 7 weeks later, I am still getting compliments. I had two bad cuts before finding Max and I decided to give him a try because of all the good Unilocal reviews.
Appointment was easy. I texted him and he was prompt in responding. When he had an earlier time come up, I moved into that spot. He was a few minutes late for our appointment and was apologetic. (The last stylist I went to, I walked out after 30 minutes of waiting and no one bothering to tell me what was going on.) He is the type of person who won’t flake on you.
So, Max has a spot inside of the Body Spa, which shares a parking lot (sort of) with Lifetime Fitness. The Body Spa is in a former commercial strip mall, where I imagine a sad person used to do data entry. But because the space is so amazingly large, you can get almost any beauty service there-​massages, facials, waxing, etc.
Max did an amazing job and cut my hair in such a way that as it grows out, it maintains a cute look. He has an ipad to accept payment right there at his station. Organized, responsive, and an artist. What more can you ask for?

I have had a difficult time finding someone who can so my color and make my hair happy. Max has lightened my hair, done highlights, and conditioned it so that I love it. He always gives me a great deal too. Also he checks with me a few days after to make sure I’m happy with it.

My first time and didn’t leave disappointed, everyone loved my hair! I have been going to one lady for my hair for a while but lost touched with her, I haven’t touched my hair for 4 – 5 years and let it grow down to my butt. So I trusted Max with the highlights, style and most importantly… the cut. He did an amazing job and I will most definitely come back!

I moved to Vegas 5 years ago, and have tried a number of different salons for color. I have been told my hair wouldn’t «take» the color, or that it was difficult to get the right color without several sessions, etc. I kept looking for someone to get it right for me.
Somehow I was lucky enough to get Max for my stylist. He listened carefully to what I wanted, told me he understood, and Damn, he was right! This guy is awesome! As I’ve gotten older, my hair has been getting darker with a few grays coming in… I wanted to get back to my blonde color from days of yore. He not only did the cut and color perfectly, he also gave it an awesome style that I can replicate quickly at home. Max is truly an expert at what he does. I would totally give him 10 stars if it were possible. I will definitely be going back to him from now on!

Guy’s and Girls I have been going to Max since 1997 when he was 12, lol! He is awesome on color and cut! He makes sure you match your best features and look that you desire. He also can do incredible extensions and feathers. He does them in different methods than others. If you ave a special event and a splash of color would be perfect give him enough notice he will help get the right color to frame the most lovely you! I am constantly complimented on my color and he isn’t responsible for my bed head, lol! Tell your friends you will not be sorry!

Max is a hair color guru! I am always happy when he does my hair, always. Naturally, I am a dark brunette and he transformed me into a beautiful blonde for a little over a year (something I’ve always wanted to do). I went back to see him so that he can make me a brunette again, and just fell head over heels with the beautiful shade of brown he mixed up. I love my hair color. He’s such a great stylist and really puts meaning in customer service. Max always calls me a couple of days after our appointment to see how I still feel about my hair; he ensures I’m happy with it and I love that.
Anyone want a color expert, or any other hair service, he’s the one to go to.
Max has also done keratin treatment as well. My point is, I’ve never been unsatisfied.

So glad I found Max! It’s been a struggle finding someone to cut short hair on a woman. Everyone I’ve gone to has been too timid or inexperienced to make it look good. I’m so excited I have found some so experienced to make my hair look good!

Max is a MASTER! Max has been my hair stylist for a while. I am always changing my hair. Long to short, blond to dark brown and all the «in between» stages. He is a master with color! He is current with the latest styles and color. He is very creative! He is always on time and I’m never in his chair all day! I always leave feeling beautiful! Make an appointment!

I moved to Henderson last year after coming back from to the States from 6 years abroad. As I used to travel for living I have had my hair cut and colored everywhere and like most women always came home unhappy with the results ;)
My cousin who lives here recommended Max… EUREKA! Do you know how difficult it is to find a good stylist who can master both cut and color? Almost impossible! In NY I went to two separate people … With Max two birds!
He does a color to cover the grey at my roots which as been there since 17 and then does highlights and lowlights and finished with a gloss. I seriously am always receiving compliments on my color! I usually have him do a shape up on my cut every 3 months now. Just had my hair done again this Saturday… Like usual LOVE it! He’s a hair wizard!

I have been going to Max for 10 years. He is the best!!! I have NEVER been disappointed. He always gives me exactly the color and cut that I’m looking for and exceeds my expectations. I will drive across town to go to him. He is always up to date on the latest trends and will add a little extra pizazz or wildness if asked for that upcoming Christmas party or event. He even follows up with a phone call or text to make sure you are happy with your results the next day.
