When you walk into a doctors office… first impression and treatment by nurses are everything. It helps to ease you into seeing the doctor (mind you this is my first appointment with this doctor). Unfortunately, this was NOT the case. The nurse was so rude from the moment I stepped on the scale until Dr. Allison entered the room. Her name is BRENDA. She was condescending, never gave me eye contact until she attempted to give me symphony by saying «aw that’s too bad». I was recommended by two friends to see Dr. Allison. I will NOT refer anyone to her office. The doctor was great not her head nurse BRENDA. Even over the phone per our conversation she was rude! Not once but twice! Finally I just hung up. I called and complained to an office manager. On my next visit I will request a transfer of care and will NOT let BRENDA be the triage nurse. I am at a point in my life where I don’t need to be treated this way. Especially since I’m paying for my medical care 100%. No assistance from welfare or any other free funded medical care. Bad BRENDA, good Dr. Allison.
