Martinique Bay

We really loved this place when we moved in a couple years ago but it has gone so far downhill that we cannot wait to be out of here. There use to be community events where you could get to know your neighbors. Those are long gone. The grounds are not kept up like they use to be. There is a huge pile of bird fecal matter outside our door that never gets dealt with. Many of the friendly fellow tenants we once knew have been replaced by shady characters. I actually watched what I’m pretty sure was a drug deal take place in front of our apartment a couple weeks ago. This place just doesn’t feel safe to walk around in anymore, even during the day time. If your looking to rent, I would definitely look elsewhere. The only upside is the people that work in the office are pleasant.

By far the best community my husband and I have lived in. We have never had any problems and the staff is absolutely wonderful to work with. The apartments are very comfortable and the grounds are clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend Martinique Bay Apartments as a place to live.

AMAZING apartment! It was my very FIRST apartment that was all my own and it exceeded all of my expectations. From the space, vaulted ceilings (2^nd floor), skylight in my master bathroom, washer and dryer in the apt and lovely fireplace, this complex had it all. Rose was by far the best leasing agent we ever dealt with. She was courteous, efficient and always had a smile on her face. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. I definitely enjoyed my time in Vegas because of this apartment! I highly recommend Martinique Bay to anyone :)

Wonderful place to call home. It is kind old, i mean building itself, but very nicely maintained and taking care of. Apartment is pretty large and has great floor plan. Stuff is absolutely amazing!!! Caring and prompt on all my service requests. I only had two! Lol. Rose and Omar in particular. This place is close to everything! Sunset and 215 are minutes away… lots of great stores and restaurants close by! Plus, there are so many big and old trees around here!!! Love it!!!

I liked living here. My boyfriend and I lived at Martinique Bay for just over 2 years and it was a good apartment to start with since it was the first time we lived together.
Pros:
Pricing wasn’t horrible.
The appliances were all up to date.
Loved the big trees and grass lawns outside almost every apartment.
Laminate wood flooring entryway and bathrooms.
Neighbors and staff were incredibly friendly.
Maintenance was very fastidious.
The grounds were well kept.
Cons:
Not a lot of storage space.
Our specific unit layout made arranging the living area difficult.
The cabinets are an outdated salmon fake wood color.
There was no trim in our unit.
The AC was old and had difficulty keeping our unit cold enough (top floor).
Lots of children and not so nice looking adolescents (I tend to like quiet).
My boyfriends bike was stolen from the stairwell even though it was locked up.
(This could of happened anywhere though)
Overall it was worth living here because it showed us what we wanted in an apartment without too much risk.
