Las Vegas Wedding Gown Specialists

My dress didn’t need much, but I knew I didn’t want to go do David’s Bridal where I had purchased the dress. I had read too many horror stories. I needed the dress brought up some, a bustle, and cups installed (I was not going to wear a bra on my wedding day). They also pressed it and had it hanging nicely so all I had to do was put it on. Beautiful work, timely manner, easy to work with. The only reason I am giving this a 4-​star is because I think it was a little over priced for what I needed done. However, I took comfort in the fact that it was in good, experienced hands. Would have had it preserved there, but I did not have time to drop it off before I moved just 2 days after my wedding.

Angie did a fabulous job on my wedding dress! The only reason I gave 4 stars was due to a strange incidence. I was fitted for my dress and paid for it up front. Three weeks later I received a phone call from them stating the regular seamstress had medical issues and retired. I was asked to come in the following day for another fitting. No alterations had been made to my gown yet despite them having it 3 weeks. Angie refitted me and decided to take the dress in more. I’m so glad she did because it fit much better that way.
There was another woman working there that made several comments loudly so I could hear regarding the original seamstress undercharging everyone. I was told that since I already paid for it they’d honor the original quote despite doing more work. I felt very awkward & it was a bit unprofessional.
When I returned the following week for my final fitting the original seamstress was there working! I didn’t ask questions at that point. I took my beautifully fitted gown and left. My suggestion is to keep your receipt when you return for your fitting in case it’s a different person helping you so you’re not up-​charged.

As a follow up to my previous review, I want to say that I was offered a full refund as well as payment for new alterations being completed outside of their shop.
The owner of this business has been wonderful with communication and follow up regarding my dress.
At the end of the day, I had a bad experience. However, my previous visits to this business have been wonderful and professional. The employees are friendly and experienced. I would go back to this shop if I lived in the area. Mistakes were made and maybe I had a little bit of a knee jerk reaction to it. Nothing with malicious intent happened. What happened was a mistake. I know I’ve made plenty. The take away lessons here are don’t wait until the last minute to have your wedding dress altered (I still have a few months left so I don’t have to worry about that at least) and check your dress before you leave the store.
I wouldn’t tell anyone not to go see this shop for alterations. If you’ve been in the store, you know what beautiful work they do. And when they make a mistake, they own it. I can do the same. My previous review was a reaction, not a response. It was a mistake to post my panic attack as a representation of my knowledge of this business.

Absolutely top of the line. I called Dawn after an alteration catastrophe and having my gown ruined. She was so calm and so reassuring and absolutely correct– it all worked out.
The service I received was above and beyond and kept me calm. After going to countless boutiques and not finding anything– at Couture I was actually between 4 amazing gowns!
Their gowns are extraordinary– and they make everything better!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Denise and her staff saved my daughters wedding gown. Unfortunately, her gown was soiled with the tough hawaiian dirt during her thanksgiving wedding. Denise and her crew took their time to carefully remove as much of the dirt as they could. Which I know was no easy process, while still preserving the delicate lace around the edge of her gown. I am so pleased with the results and would go back to them in a heartbeat!

I am not going to lie that it’s true they are on the pricier end of the scale, but you won’t regret a dime you spend on the service! They are professional. They are friendly. Most importantly, they go above and beyond for you. While I was still shopping for a tailor for my pre-​owned wedding dress, I went to a lot of tailors to «interview» them. The first time I met Denise, she showed me how things would work if I decided to bring my dress to them. She explained to me the process from cleaning to alteration to preservation. You could see how much she enjoys doing her job from the way that she talks. I was sold right then and there with her services.
Darlene. One word: amazing. I was 13 weeks pregnant when I went for my final fitting, and my dress wouldn’t zip because my rib cage got bigger. Darlene calmed me down and told me not to worry and asked me to come back in 2 days. With her busy schedule, she still managed to fix my dress within 36 hours. Seriously, without her talent, I would have been running around before my wedding trying to find another wedding dress.
If you are still searching for a place when you are reading my post, you’ve found the right one. I’m not the one for long winded reviews, but there are not enough words to convey my gratitude for her professionalism and her willingness to go above and beyond for her clientele.

The staff here is so friendly. Darlene did an amazing job with the alterations to my bridesmaid dress. I went there because I bought a coupon but I would go back because of the service. Thanks again guys!!!

After five years of hanging in my closet in a garment bag, I figured it was time to finally get my wedding gown cleaned and preserved. I had been putting it off because life had gotten in the way (new job, 2 kids, etc) and wasn’t sure how clean the dress could get after all these years. Denise was great, and walked me thru the entire service of what they provide, she showed me areas of my dress where «sugaring» had occurred and that they would be able to remove the spots. We had an outdoor wedding and reception, and the bottom inside of my dress was dirty, but nothing crazy. Denise and team did a great job with the cleaning and preservation, nice presentation at pickup with the dress in a large box (with window to display dress) linen bag, and white gloves for future handling. Part of the service also includes future steaming when u want to wear the dress again. 4 out of 5 stars because of the price, my dress wasn’t extremely expensive and this cleaning cost about 20% of the original cost of the dress.

This company is number one in my book. I took my wedding gown over to have it cleaned and packaged. They handled my order with the utmost service. I would recommend them for your special occasion needs. Now my dress is preserved for my daughters’ wedding. Thank you for the great experience.

Awesome customer service. I was worried my wedding gown wouldn’t be able to be steamed (because of problems I had on my wedding day) but she but my mind at ease and even took the dress to the back to have a small section of it steamed just to show me it wouldn’t be a problem. After the dress was dry cleaned, it came with a lifetime guarantee from the Association of Wedding Gowns, which I was very pleased with since I was trying to sell the dress. The lady in charge of wedding dresses was very nice, even when I was asking a bunch of questions.
