Arriving at the mall on a record breaking day of heat I search the mall directory and it’s not listed.

A guy writing a Lane Bryant review is sure to raise some eyebrows, but this review must be written. Last weekend my wife and I went to the Galleria Mall and with 15 minutes until closing time she said she needed some things from Lane Bryant. Going in anywhere right before they close can be setting one’s self up for surly service or worse so we’re both like uh, do we want to do this? We decided yes, and it turned out to be a great experience.
When we walked in we were met by Miko. Miko is awesome. You ask, she knows. You want it, if she’s got it she will get it for you. You want an unbiased opinion and ask her, you get it. And she does it with a smile and has you cracking up laughing more often than not. While my wife was shopping I wanted to pick up something special for her and Miko helped me out, and was able to do it on the sly so that my wife didn’t know what I had bought until we were walking out the door. And while I’m singling out Miko for recognition, every one of the staff working was friendly, and brought their Customer Service «A» Game AND service with a smile!
I always try and take the time to recognize great customer service, and this Lane Bryant location delivered it. 5 Stars… because when my wife is happy, the whole house is happy.
One last thing: Sign up online and get coupons. They can save you serious cash here as they run some really good specials.
