Obviously understaffed. Super rude employees. They don’t greet anyone, nor do they even speak to you unless they’re reading off your name on the sign in sheet. The filipino guy who works up front doesn’t acknowledge anyone who walks in and acts as if no one is standing at the counter. The other lady working was answering patient’s questions with, «I dont know, I just work here doing JUST this.» She could attempt to be a little more courteous, or help them find a solution or an answer to their concerns??? After a 40min wait the lady says to me, «oh I’m not trained in that, you have to go somewhere else.» Then hands me a paper and walks off. This location is awkwardly furnished and super crammed inside. It’s really unfortunate for anyone who has to come here. /= Never again.

They are severely understaffed. One employee in the entire place. No clue how long the wait will be. I’m about to walk out after waiting over 90 minutes for a routine blood test. Labcorp should do a better job staffing their facilities.

Went back for routine blood work on 11/07/2014 and was pleased to see additional staff to carry the load! Now Labcorp earns the 5 stars they were consistently worthy of.
