Jump n Bounce

I have so far only dealt with this business via telephone. Initially, Dillon was extremely quick to respond and was extremely polite. I asked him if he had availability for Wednesday the 16^th and if he was licensed for a park and he said yes. He then asked for my zip code and when I gave it to him, the conversation and responses stopped completely. I explained to him I didn’t mind paying any extra travel fees for gas, but I needed to get it booked ASAP so I could tell my attendees.
After multiple calls an texts to no avail, I called him from my work line. He answered. Once going into detail he almost seemed a little disappointed that it might be me. He said now that he would have to check if he was available (which I thought he already agreed to the date), and that he would call me back. I asked when I would hear from him and he said the same day. Still nothing.
I would like to move forward with this company but I’m beginning to feel as if he is avoiding me due to my location. However, I see they have serviced South Summerlin before so I don’t quite understand. I would love to come back and update this review saying that everything went amazing. But, he still has not been in touch and my daughter’s party is now in 5 days. :(

It wasn’t the point that he was charging $ 75 now it’s the point that I already had the conversation with him about honoring the $ 55 cash like he did before and the day of the birthday party he changes the price on me. It was my sisters friend that was having the birthday party so I felt bad that at the last minute I had to find another company. He must have thought by saying good luck finding a jumper that it was going to ruin the 1^st birthday but I did find another jumper that was very nice and professional. Vegas is very small and a lot of businesses are based on referrals so Dylan really needs to learn how to be polite and not so rude especially to a lady. I wouldn’t even give him 1 star but had to since Unilocal wouldn’t post this without adding at least 1. Please view my photos with our conversation.

Wow! I was so impressed with Dillon when I first called to get info about his jumpy houses. He was super polite and seemed happy answer my questions. Delivery was on time and quick set up. Came to pick it up on time too and also packed it up really quickly. I would definitely recommend this company and call them again when I need a jumpy house.
