High Risk Pregnancy Center

With a preterm pregnancy loss in 2013 that led to me giving birth early to undetected twins. My doctor referred me to the high risk specialists to keep a watchful eye this pregnancy. The same doctor who saw me in the hospital before with the unexpected labor is the doctor who took such great care of me and my son. Dr Masaki is one of the best doctors in Las Vegas hands down. Luckily I’ve always been healthy but just as precaution I saw Dr Masaki. I’m so glad I did. I had ultrasounds every 2 weeks until the doctor saw I didn’t need to be seen as much anymore. I was sad not to see him he’s such a down to earth funny guy who is very informative. I would even drive to the Post Rd location just to see him even though it was a very far drive for me and being pregnant I still didn’t mind. I had a fairly easy pregnancy thank you God. All the staff and nurses are very nice and these were appointments I loved to go to because I knew I would get to see my baby every time, the office are super clean and you get seen almost right away every time. I’ve yet to bring my son to their office and give gifts to the staff which I will be doing soon. Amazing doctors and nurses who are ensuring safe pregnancies for women which is truly an amazing job and I am forever grateful for my Rainbow Baby!

So I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr Masaki! He has been so helpful every step through this pregnancy. I was seeing him due to an incompetent cervix and as a FTM (first time mom) I had no clue what was going on and was super scared. He monitored me very closely and took action quickly when the time came for surgery. If I didn’t understand something he would even draw pictures for me. The amount of knowledge that I gained through the past 7 months made me feel more at ease. He doesn’t treat you like a number like most Drs out here. I love the weekly ultrasounds! To my surprise dr would come in and towards the end took some 3D images of our son! No charge! The only reason I gave 4 stars was the older lady at the front desk was continuously rude to me. I had some problems unrelated to why I was being seen there but still baby related and she REFUSED to let me talk to the nurse. As a receptionist she is NOT a dr and shouldn’t be giving medical advice. On another occasion I actually had been talking to the nurse about an RX and I was simply calling to ask if it was ready and she gave me the run around and again refused to let me talk to the nurse. Then hung up on me. Time after time the last 2 apts I was there she felt the need to yell through the whole waiting room my business about my bill. I almost filed a HIPPA complaint against her but I chalked it up to being pregnant and hormones. If they got rid of her then they would get more 5 star reviews. Oh and the check out lady was always super helpful to me and my husband very amiable and informative!

Ashame the horribly rude lady at the front desk had to give me such a bad first impression. However.
We filled out paperwork and got called back within moments.
This office was seriously the cleanest doctors office I have ever been in!
Went in the room got settled and BAM the lady came in to do an ultrasound, didn’t even have to wait 5 minutes. She was so nice and really new what she was doing. Measured every inch and bone of my baby. Literally checked over everything twice and took about 30 photos and 1 video that were text and emailed right to me before she even left the room. She made sure we even got a good look at our babies face. She was knowledgable and explained everything she was doing and if everything was looking normal.
Moments after she left in came the doctor came in and did another quick check thru every inch of the baby, again explaining everything! So knowledgeable.
I get to go back in two months and cannot wait. Even the lady checking us out was just awesome and so nice.
Now can we get rid of the one bad egg here? Haha
Overall I am Inlove with this office. We don’t have a high risk pregnancy but our doctor referred is just because they are that good!

I recommend they change their name because there is almost nothing scarier than walking into a place with the words «High Risk» in the name. Other than that, they’re great. Their facility is clean and nice. The people at the front desk are great. Very polite and accommodating. The nurses and technicians are very good at answering questions and are willing to work with you to get good pictures. The staff is great. I felt very comfortable with them. They email and/​or text you the pictures, so no more crumpled pics in your purse!!!
