Guardian Realty Investment & Property Management

I am an out of state owner and have had big time issues with Las Vegas property managers. I interviewed Joann with Guardian Realty and felt at ease. My home needed (in my oppinion) major work after a disgruntled tenant moved out. The house had holes punched in all the interior doors and the toilet lids were gone (who takes the toilet lids?). Anyway Guardian stepped in and I had all repairs completed with new carpet and paint inside of a week. Actually I received a call from Paul (company construction guy) to tell me the house had been leased for 15% more rent than it ever had before. I haven’t called them yet when the phone wasn’t answered by a real live person (a rarity from my last property mgr). Guardian is new to me but if my past experience with them is an example of their future performance I will be very happy.

I highly recommend this company for trust-​worthy service. Very professional service and very nice properties. Maintenance work orders are filled very quickly, which I appreciate as a tenant– someone comes within a couple days. I’d recommend if you’re in a HOA to find out their rules and regulations, to avoid unnecessary issues.

I needed to rent out my home. This was my first home and I had no experience with a rental management company. I compared a few companies on the Internet and went with a company that I thought fit my needs and would take care of everything. I was greatly disappointed to see that the advertising was only on one website and I even had to ask them if they could place a «For Rent» sign at my property. She met with me right away and understood the frustrations that I had with the other company. I felt that we were on the same page when it came to whom and how I wanted to rent my house out. I put my trust in her and decided to try. By the next day she had my property already listed on 3 websites and had a «For Rent» sign put up. Within another day she was already showing it to a prospect and had 2 more that week. Needless to say, Joan’s efforts and attention to her customers pay off and she had my property rented within a week. Her fees are very reasonable and her dedication is amazing. I would recommend putting your property in the hands of Guardian Realty to anyone.
