Dentistry for Children

Horrible. Arrived 15 minutes early to appointment. An hour and 20 minutes later, still had not been seen. Save your time and go elsewhere.

This isn’t the first time that we’ve been here. Since the last visit, they have a new dentist in the office… I was told that the dentist that we saw before is no longer treating children. Although we liked him — OK no problem. I was given a treatment case with the amount that I had to pay on my last visit. I discussed the amount with the employee when I made the appointment a week prior but when I got there, the amount was different. We sat for 1 hr and 20 mins and my child still hadn’t been seen. At the 1:10 mark, the new dentist (Asian) came in — she said that she was going to do the procedure, looked at her tooth and said that she would be right back. When we saw her again a few minutes later, she went to the patient (Asian) that was beside us, who had come in 40 mins after us and began to work on her. My 7 yr old said, look she skipped over us. It was time to go. So it seems, if you’re Asian that you get special treatment no matter who came before you. #FINDING ANOTHER DENTIST BECAUSE THAT WAS STRIKE 2 AND EVERYBODY’S TIME IS PRECIOUS.
