Denny’s

Food was good until we found a baby roach in the hash browns… Manager handled the situation well. Very disappointed in this experience.

Dear Managers,
What you allow is what will continue. Over the course of 10 years I have watched this Denny’s sink into the toilette. Service is slower than anywhere I’ve been in the course of 40 years. Orders are rarely accurate, and the place is rarely busy. I can deal with bad service when a place is packed. When you watch employees walk around you can see they don’t care and have no pride. Managers/​supervisors are lazy and don’t involve themselves or engage the customers. When a manager seats me I shouldn’t then go find that same manager to ask why I’ve seen no server. Cooks should know what goes with orders and someone should be doing QC as food comes out. I only go now when I’m with a group that wants to go.

The only problem with this place is AARP coffee is $ 1.79 not the $ 1.00 that Denny’s advertise nation wide
