Creative Interior Solutions

I spent close to $ 100,000 with Creative Interior Solutions for a brand new kitchen. It took them 9 months to complete the kitchen with one particular cupboard door taking 3 months. We spoke with the manufacturer and it should only take 15 days at the most! We needed more work doing to the kitchen due to damage (NOT their fault) and of course we would pay but they have totally ignored our requests for help. Nothing!!! I bitterly regret using these people as they really don’t give a damn! They also wanted to charge me $ 850 for a floating shelf which we purchased from Lowes in the end for $ 47. I have practically begged for them to help us and they won’t. Terrible, terrible customer service. After spending all that money you would think I would get better service — apparently not.
