Bumping Chico’s to 5 stars for the outstanding service I get from this store. I know several of the stylists here since I pop in to say hello due to my proximity. Everyone is so friendly here. I get honest feedback when I try stuff on too. Sometimes I buy online because of special online sales, but I can return to the store. Returns are very easy and no questions are asked. Chico’s definitely wants customers to be satisfied with its goods!
I have been wearing this really pretty layered black dress from here that started to unravel after only a few wears. I did not have a receipt, but I popped in yesterday to see if they suggested to sew it or what Chico’s could do. The stylists cheerfully offered to refund my money and take the dress back without any drama. They looked me up by my phone number, found the purchase in my passport account, and returned the money to me immediately. I really appreciate this service. Also, for my birthday I received a $ 10 off coupon, which is good for 2 full months! I used it on a pair of earrings.
I started off a Chico’s customer for accessories but have really found the maxi dresses to be comfortable, beautiful, and great for travel. I get tons of compliments when I wear them. This is a fun place to shop, and there are always coupons and sales to make the prices reasonable for all shoppers.
