Our LG electric range/oven broke 3 weeks ago, and when I called LG they gave me 3 repair shops that they work with. Bullock’s was the first to call back, so we went with them. We told them the issue — the control panel was not working properly — and they said they would order the part and let us know when it was in and how soon it could be installed. That same day they called back and said there was actually a recall on our oven, so the service would be completely free of charge, and they would take care of everything. AWESOME! They came the next day with the new part, installed it quick, and were on their way. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars was because I never got a call saying they were coming. I work from home, which they knew, but I could have been out when they arrived. Thankfully I wasn’t. I appreciate their quickness, and thoroughness in looking into the issue. We had no clue about the recall, and we would have blindly paid for the new part and the service if they didn’t inform us of it.
