I have been to many places and this is my favorite. The people who work here are super nice and helpful. Marco was great and help me and my wife to choose the right stuff for us.

The owner is a racist. He hates FILIPINOS. They kicked us out of his store because we were talking in our language. I wish i can give him zero stars… Now, calling all FILIPINOS to boycott this store!!!

Great selection of guns and accessories, Martin and his guys are super knowledgeable and will not steer you wrong, just be prepared for the truth. I read some other reviews and I can only guess the poor ones were left by time wasters and unicorn hunters. If you want to debate, find a forum, if you want a fair price and proper service go see Martin. Thanks for all your help guys!

We would like to leave less than one star, but, guess that’s not possible. Never will we step foot in that store again even though it’s less than 2 miles from home. The guy (owner, I presume-​since otherwise he would be fired by now) is RUDE. And that’s putting it nicely. He never even acknowledged us the whole time we were in his shop and made our purchases. Don’t buy from him.

i have been in here a few times now, and it’s always a good experience. i is a bit of a small shop, not that that is a bad thing, but the selection of odds and ends is a bit small. they do have reloading supply’s which is a big plus IMO. again every time i have been in here the service has been very good. i usually come in with my young daughter which has been an issue at some places i have been to, but not here.

Kind of an odd place to go into but their selection is decent and prices are fair. I would recommend coming here to this place over Gun Mountain and especially Urban Civil Defense. I don’t like talking to the staff here but they don’t seem to bother you like other places do and don’t seem try to force you to buy anything — a major plus in my book.

My first impression of this place was clean but it turned to the worst. I don’t know if this guy was racial to Asians but when I came in at 10:30 this morning asking for a couple magazines. I got the WORST customer service I’ve ever received from a guy named «mark». he came off rude and very «snappy». DON’T come here. I recommend not buying anything from here if your Asian.

Great store. Great prices, knowledgeable, personable staff. If you are going there to ask a million questions, maybe not the place for you. With all of the information on the web about guns and equipment, do your research first. There you can get many opinions and inputs. I special ordered a gun from thee and the process was easy, shipped fast, and was $ 40 cheaper than any other place in town.
Third gun from there and I will be back for more.

I was searching for a specific gun and tried 2 other stores first. The first place acted as if they were bothered by me even being there. I went to another shop and ordered the gun, but they continually lied to me about how long it would take to arrive from the vendor. When 1 week turned into 3 weeks and still no arrival of the gun (but several lies stating, «I have the UPS tracking number and it’ll be here tomorrow.»), I cancelled the order and tried Black Rifle and almost immediately wished I started there instead. The staff was very friendly and and gave me accurate information on how long it would take to arrive. I don’t mind waiting if I’m told the truth up front. When I picked up the gun, they were very friendly in answering all of my questions. They also threw in a free box of ammo with my check-​in! Great shop, will definitely return when the time comes for another firearm!

This is a good place to look at various weapons to purchase or to hold. The price is reasonable among most gun stores. If you leave them a review on Unilocal,you can get a free box of ammo with a purchase of a handgun or rifles. The place is pleasant, clean, fully stocked, and neat. The employees are knowledgeable and they all of good customer service.

Just purchase a Glock 42 here. Guy who helped me out (not sure if owner or salesman was great). Because this particular weapon was not on my research list i had rough idea about the market price. Upon check out i’ve asked if they can do lil better on the price and answer was NO. Even though i knew they can i said nothing because like i said i had only rough idea about the market price on this particular gun. Bought it without questioning him (no free ammo also as someone mentioned here) Got home and first Google search lead me to the closest store to Black Rifle Armory that is selling the same gun for almost $ 40 cheaper. After research it comes out the market price for this gun is about $ 385 (new) and i paid $ 429. They are loosing me as a client for sure.

Great selection of Handguns and Ammo. Very friendly and Knowledgable. Family owned and operated. Good pricing on Ammo that is usually difficult to find such as .357 & .38 «Home» defence plus hollow points in both cal. In which I stocked up on. I will definitely return to purchase another handguns well as a AK47 and/​or 12gadge shotgun.

Great experience here. Got the free ammo with the Unilocal check in and the salesperson put on the new grips, taught me how to disassemble the firearm and answered all my questions.

1^st time buyer, got an XDm40 3.8″ from them at the Crossroads of the West Gunshow. They had a good price on it and included Glow in the dark sights, pretty good deal as I was looking for a 9 mm, I decided the value was too good to pass up. The salesperson was a cop and it is the same caliber as his service handgun. Made me feel good all the way around, can’t wait to go to the store for accessories.

I met these guys at the gun show and they literally had the best price in town for a tavor rifle in fde. The gentlemen I talked to were very informative and patient with answering all my questions. I never once felt pressured to buy from them. Would definitely buy from them again!

Very competitive prices for guns that’s you’d like them to order. Good supply of handguns and long rifles in stock. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful, especially Marco. Ammo prices are also competitive. I appreciate their insights about products they don’t stock but can order.

Black Rifle Armory is one of the best gun shops I have ever gone to. They have some of the best prices in town and they are consistent with them. The price they provide you is only slightly over what they paid for it. This is a business, they are there to make money. Other gun stores will have sales on some guns, then jack up the prices on others to make up for it. I have been dealing with Martin for years and he is my go to guy for guns. Yes he can be a little gruff, but if you are respectful to him he will treat you like gold. Everybody I have referred to him now only buys from him. The more you deal with him the better the deals will get!
If you are looking for consistently good prices and good customer service, then come here. If you want to talk about how you are an expert in everything gun related and discuss government conspiracies within two minutes of meeting him, then I would suggest going somewhere else!
