Great dry cleaner! I walked in with my black wool coat that my husband decided to put in the back seat with our 3 dogs. It was a mess! I picked it up and it my coat was PERFECT! I was so impressed by the job they did. I Loved talking with the staff as they were funny and friendly. Great local place.

When my boyfriend and I moved this summer, we took our clothes that needed dry cleaning to Al Phillips the Cleaner in Henderson. In this bunch was my purple coat that had collected quite a bit of dog fur and one of the buttons(top left if you’re looking at the coat) was coming loose. We asked for dry cleaning on all of them, and I requested that they tighten up the thread on that single button. Well, since that was back in July I didn’t exactly have a need to put on that heavy coat until it started cooling down in the LV Valley this week. I put it on this morning, got in my car and noticed a weird shiny thing resting on my leg. I think it’s a weird piece of thread or paper or something that I had picked up on my way out of the house. Nope. What did I find? A NEEDLE. STILLATTACHEDTOTHETHREADONTHELOWERRIGHTBUTTON. ??? Who leaves a needle and thread still attached to the coat!!! I’m lucky to not have been stabbed by it. Also, what part of «this ONE button needs tightening» is not clear? The middle right button is also now sewn on by a HOTPINK thread with the ends sticking out like a mess. It’s a dark purple coat. Not to mention the bill was absolutely outrageous for subpar(understatement of the year) service. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. This place is pure garbage.

This is the best dry cleaners I have ever used. I have been using this cleaner for 3+ years now. I drop off and pick up at least 1 – 2 a week. The manager Chris and employees are always so pleasant and friendly. They know me by name. I have used other cleaners in the past where I was a frequent customer and they would act like they didn’t even know me. They are a little more expensive than other cleaners but having said that they have never lost a piece of clothing and they are always done on time. I would rather pay a little more for the customer service I receive and the peace of mind that my clothes will be clean, pressed, not lost or stolen and ready on time.

This place is terrible!!! Don’t go! Employees are unprofessional and rude!!! My husband turned in about 10 dress shirts and when I went to pick them up the total was over $ 60!!! So I politely said, «oh there must be some kind of mistake». The scruffy woman who smelled of cigarettes barked back, «there’s no mistake!» So I again asked well it just doesn’t add up… so the she explained that 4 of the shirts were linen so they charge $ 7.20 for those. They never told us that when we dropped them off that they were going to charge $ 7.20 per item. Then while still there I examined the shirts &2 of them had stains all over the front of them. Long story short… they never tried to work with me, offer a discount… nothing! No customer service at all!!! NEVERGOINGBACK!

They lose clothes, They own Thrift d lux by Von’s, which is half the price as this store, It’s just near the retirement community so they cut the prices. They can’t keep employees because they treat them like morons… when in fact THEY are incompetent. Be smart. Go to Thrift D Lux. SAMECOMPANY, SAMESERVICE, HALFPRICE

I’m not a huge believer in judging a business solely off of one experience, but I can say that my two visits to this dry cleaner were very unpleasant. I have only been to the dry cleaners a handful of times and am not 100% fluid with the drop off and pick up policy. When I walked into this cleaner, I was not greeted or acknowledged what-so-ever. The two women behind the counter continued on with their conversation and did not take a breath to ask me to wait a moment. Once I had one of their attentions we began to go over what I has brought in to be cleaned. I showed her my Unilocal check in(there was a deal for 25% off with check in) which she accepted and then gave me a ticket. Like I said prior, I am unfamiliar with the regular process of how dry cleaning usually works so I stood there a moment while she continued to look at me until I asked how much it was going to be. Rather than explaining the process and being polite about it, she bluntly said that I can pay when I pick up. After this first encounter, I had a pretty bad taste in my mouth. I left the business feeling like I was treated like a dim wit for not knowing how the process works. A few days later(which was today) I returned to pick up my items. This time the second woman began to help me and seemed very friendly. After she rang me up I asked two questions, if my blanket I had brought in was included because I didn’t see it, and if my 25% off was applied. She was very polite and informed me that it was her first day of training and went back to find my blanket. In the midst of this, the same woman from before(I’m assuming she is the owner or manager) barged over and started ranting to the trainee that the 25% off was already applied and then stood over her to «help» her perform the transaction. I just found her demeanor very unprofessional, and I honestly felt bad for the woman who was originally helping me. I can say that the services performed were up to par and that is why I have given at least two stars. I just value quality of service when it is paired with a quality experience. Any business owner or manager who treats their new customers poorly rather than respecting them and their new business does not have my vote. I will definitely not be returning.

Some of their services can be pricey but overall they do a great job. Everything I have had cleaned has always been ready on time. Clerks have been courteous as well. A+

For fluff and fold laundry, it’s $ 1.79 a pound, with a 5 pound minimum. For each of my shirts, they cost about $ 2.50 or so which was very reasonable. What’s interesting was that the lady even told me that it might be cheaper to go to a laundromat. That was actually nice because although I didn’t have time to wait at a laundromat, it was great that the service would recommend something against their own and be more concerned about the budget of the customer. That is really appreciated!
