Random hole in the wall! If my mother did not specifically tell me to go to this location to buy her some smokes sausages, I would have never known of this place. They have fresh cut meats and sausages daily! Hot sausage, jalapeño sausage, pork & beef sausage, etc. So many decisions. Must come at least once then you’re hooked.

Small gas station /convenience store /meat market off of old 290. Driving past Krolczyks you might not give it a second look, but trust me you need to stop. They have the best dried spicy polish sausage that I have ever had. Friendly employees, great prices and a fantastic jerky. If you are in the Hempstead area give them a try.

I asked around on Facebook for suggestions on a local meat market with fresh meat, and a ton of people suggested I give this place a try. I took a 40 minute drive out to Hempstead and old 290 and it was definitely worth every second. My steaks came out so juicy and tender! The quality of the meat was outstanding! I will definitely be taking that drive out more often.

Awesome Dried Sausage! I stop by everytime I drive to Austin from Houston. I even drove up to here this weekend, just to get some of their sausage.

My family is from Houston and we have family in Chappell Hill. In fact their name is Krolczyk but they aren’t closely related… go figure. Anyway — I love their sausages — pork, beef, pork and beef, spicy and jalapeño. My parents bring a few pounds out to me every time they visit. I grew up eating this stuff and anytime I have it i’m home.
