Horrible service, they are extremely slow and rude. I wish I knew he name of the girl that tried to assist me because her attitude was discusting. I was so upset with her demeanor and attitude that I literally walked out. all I wanted to do was upgrade my phone to the 5s. To begin I walk in and immediately there was a guy with some kind of device in his hand writing people’s names in ok that’s fine and dandy if he was actually putting the people in the actual order they walked in I mean why not have the security guard whose doing nothing but standing by the door take names as they step in? Cause this guy comes five minutes later when there’s a small crowd and just goes up randomly to people asking for names and this effects the order in which you are called by the reps. Of course I wind up being the last one called I sat there for almost an hour watching people who literally just stepped thru the doors get called up. So when I FINALLY! Get called up to my dissatisfaction I am introduced to one of the rudest AT&T reps walking Gods green earth I was so disgusted with her I literally just walked out and handled my business by phone and had the best experience ever. I will refrain from coming here again I’ll do what I gotta do either online or by phone because I don’t like feeling like I’m bothering someone who is obviously not interested in her work. I literally couldn’t get my questions answered and for what I did already have knowledge of seemed to be more than what she even knew. Then she wants to give attitude like I just stole her parking space. I was so disgusted and she was gross.
