Starbucks

Cold coffee, wrong order 3 different times (through the drive thru — making me get out of my car at 6am), poor service (especially from the males that work there), no spoon given when ordered oatmeal to go, and no help of breaking a $ 20 because he «can’t open the register» even though I’ve spent massive amounts of money at Starbucks. Can’t help a valued customer?
Worst location I’ve been to of ALL the Starbucks I’ve frequented in the IE. Thumbs wayyyy down. Check your coffee before you leave because they sure won’t. Even though this location is 2 miles from my house and helps my commute, I will no longer be contributing to this location.

I’m sitting here and watching how the crew handles a difficult customer. It was professional and with a smile. Satisfied the customer, made the sale and the customer even said than you. Customer service at its best

Fix your water filter! They hand me my iced tea and it is cloudy and almost thick looking I ask if their water filter is broken cause it doesn’t look right and the barista says no it’s not broken… I take a sip, disgusting! Tastes like straight tap water! I always order without sweetener so you can taste the water much more and this has happened to me before at other Starbucks but the difference at this location was their rude and unprofessional response when I asked for my money back. The barista said well we can’t control the water quality and then admitted that yes the filter was broken but there’s nothing they can do about it and it’s out of their control. She said there are other Starbucks in town to go to and I should just go there… Nice. Lying, making excuses and rudeness I guess they really don’t care at all.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would! The worst Starbucks ever! I requested whip cream in my frappacino and the girl didn’t want to give it to me… WTH I’m the person that will drink it not you !

Sometimes the customer service is great and sometimes it is horrible. At least a handful of times, I’ve heard baristas gossip (loudly) about customers from earlier in the day. I understand customer service can be frustrating but it is pretty unprofessional.
I’ve never had a problem with drink orders but have received a half cold breakfast wrap before! I decided not to complain because I’ve countlessly been at the register and not been acknowledged.
The only reason I go here is because it’s open the latest. However, I’m definitely going to try some of the other Hemet locations.
I guess one perk is it’s usually clean?

I’ve always complimented starbucks on their great customer service… until tonight. I dealt with Gibrana. I come to this starbucks at least 3 times a week and I order the EXACT same thing. Tonight I was charged a higher price. I inquired, why? The drive thru person told me that I have been under charge. I open up the history of my purchases and showed her that I had even been here earlier today and was charged the lesser price. She then told me that the person under charged me. I went to the history from yesterday and showed her that I was charged the lesser price at a different store. She then told me that I was under charged. Hmm, I have at least 30 purchases all with the lesser price and every body is wrong except her. Hmm no chance of her OVER charging? I leave and call to request the name of the person in the drive thru, that’s when Gibrana answer. She preceded to tell me how I should consider all those under charges as a gift! Excuse me, starbucks has NEVER given me a gift. I pay for all my drinks. Don’t insult my intelligence and talk to me like I’m 5. Prior to today I would drive past 2 other starbucks just to get to this one… not any more. And from read previous reviews, I’m not the only one that has received bad customer service from Gibrana

Bernadette was AWESOME!!! A different Starbucks completely messed up my order. She explained how she made it and was happy to brew a quarter pot of Blond (since apparently its only brewed at certain times) She said that she would be more than happy to brew some if I was wiling to wait. I did not mind waiting and my drink was PERFECT!!! Customer Service was top notch !!! Best Starbucks I have ever been to !!!

This is the Starbucks near the mall and in my opinion its the best one. Drinks always taste really delicious and the staff is always friendly. Out of all the Starbucks close to this one, it has the best environment to relax and read a book in.

I frequent Starbucks when I can and this location has fast service and friendly people working there. If they make a mistake on your order, they will gladly re-​make it for you. Clean and the atmosphere is enjoyable.

Gibana in the drive thru was not frendly and after messing up my drink twice still would not replace it. Everytime we go to this starbucks the drinks are very watered down. For as much as we pay the drinks should be made right. They should also train their employees to be nice and smile. GO TO THE STARBUCKS IN TARGET. THEY ARE AMAZING AND VERY FRENDLY

Friendly Service very happy with them. The one in Esplanade makes weak coffee. I like this Starbucks very much

It would be really nice if the employees didn’t yell loudly to each other across the room. Also, I don’t exactly appreciate when I can hear curse words being said behind the counter. It’s the little things that count, and that people notice. Clean your act up.

I was in the drive thru and they said they’re closed. We had to wait for almost an hour in line to get out.

The only starbucks location I go to. They open early and close real late and they know how to make perfect drinks! All the other starbucks location in hemet seem to make the chai tea latte taste like hot tap water.

As a former Starbucks Learning Coach, this Starbucks is doing everything right. I’ve been frequenting this store for nearly a year and the only problem I’ve had was a barista ‘free pouring’ lattes. [Free pouring is not using a spoon to hold back the foam that is generated when steaming milk. The result is a drink with a lot of foam making a very light drink. Free pouring is only to be done by request and with all cappuccinos.]
1 bad visit out of 365 is pretty impressive.

I really like this starbucks. There very clean and tge employees are helpful and happy to assit you. Major plus is that the know what there doing. Ivr been to other locantions and they always messup my drink. Thank you for your dedication baristas:)

Fine, decent. same as any starbucks

This Starbucks is one of the worst I’ve been to. You can wait in front of the register for 5 minutes and nobody would acknowledge you. Sure they’re busy but I’ve been to busier places where they’d at least say «hi, I’ll get to you in a moment!»

My fiancé is a Starbucks patron and we’ve been to many-​a-​branch. I particularly liked this one due to it’s «quiet» and «spacious» environment. The ambiance was soothing and there was so much room to relax and you have plenty of options when it comes to seating. Whether you want a soft-​chair in the dark corner or the table in the soft-​light, they have it all.
It’s the typical menu and décor for the chain establishment. The music was pop/​country, which was appropriate for the surroundings.
I loved the service especially. It was prompt, polite and even when I sat to blog for awhile, I was offered a free pastry-​treat as time passed.
Yep! This was definitely one of my better experiences at the mega-​chain-​café.

The best Starbucks in Hemet, I am a daily drive thru customer and the service is awesome, Jess and Camille you are the best! Thanks for all you do.
