Went thru drive thru, around 8 pm. I was the only car and I ordered the black tea lemonade sweet, and a Frappuccino. I also asked for two 20 gift cards. The girl said what did you want? Uh which part. Repeated the order again. She said, oh just remind me when you get to the window about the gift cards. Get to the window less than 20 seconds later and a tall blonde guy opens the window while talking to someone and puts out his hand. I hand him my gold card and start to tell him about my gift cards and he has no clue in the world I am speaking to him. Also. What happened to the«hello.» He comes back to the window with my receipt and I yell him about the gift cards. I hand him my gold card and he says«you want to pay with this.» Was that rhetorical? He comes back to the window with the drinks and GUESS what, the black tea lemonade sweet was just a black tea! Suprise, suprise! Did the blonde offer an I’m sorry, or oh well or something, no he just stood there. I asked for the manager who’s excuse was«THEYAREINTHEMIDDLEOF A SHIFTCHANGE.» That happens how many times a day and you have to complain about it. The not so caring manager asked my name to give me a free drink. I said just make me a free one now. He said what do you want a black tea. No, I have that make a cookie crumble frapp. He was very reluctant to help me. He said, I don’t have that. I told him nevermind, and just left. I am going to contact Starbucks, I want to return the gift cards.

There are four StarBucks in Hemet, and two in San Jicento. This location is the only one that ever makes my lattes the correct way. The one on Florida by Hobby Lobby is ok, but still jacks my latte up occasionally. The StarBucks on Esplanade in Jan Jicento is the worst! My husband use to work for StarBucks and was a black apron in a very busy area by an airport and he refuses to allow me to have a Mc Donald’s drive thru experience so he drives me all the way across town to this location. It’s a shame that I don’t live around the corner from this one here on State & Stetson, but it’s also across the street from Sprouts, therefore it gives us a good excuse to hit two birds with one stone. The baristas in the drive through are usually pleasant and professional and they make my lattes the correct way every time. The only downside was that yesterday morning on January 2nd, at 10:30 a. m…my husband was disappointed when he got to the bottom of his regular hot coffee, only to find out that he had been drinking coffee grounds. He always says, «how hard is it to mess up a regular coffee?» Anyhow, obviously the manager at this location is doing a decent job. Pray fully it stays this way. I hope they teach the morning crew to make a regular good coffee without coffee grounds at the bottom. Other than that, keep up the good work!

This location is always very clean. They always have great customer service. All my teacher friends and I frequent this location for these reasons. But, the best part is the drive up window. I can get in and out in the morning for my before work pick me up.

Love this Starbucks! My drinks are always good and drive thru service is great. They even donated cups and stir sticks for our school’s teacher appreciation week. Becca, the manager, was super nice and personable. I appreciate your generosity and wonderful service. Thank you!

Normally, this place isn’t too bad. Today though, I walked in and placed my bag on the counter and stood there… and stood there. While the lady at the drive thru noticed me several times, the two people(I assume) were working the counter were engrossed in conversation to the point that they never noticed me. So I picked up my stuff and walked out. Thanks for saving me my $ 5 and your tip.

Seriously can’t say it enough how much I love this location. It’s the only one I’ll go to, they always make my drink right and know it by heart. Amazing service from every single employee, but Rick is my favorite barista. He goes above and beyond. Always clean interior and fast drive thru times. Favorite Starbucks location by far !

Drive thru Starbucks in Hemet, CA. My in laws used to live nearby, so out we would go to see them years ago. Most have moved away, but we occasionally venture out there to see a few family members that are still speaking to us. Years ago, the KMart was open for business next door, and the parking lot was alive with panhandlers, tweakers, and drifters with down-on-their-luck stories. Often, they would saunter over to the drive thru Starbucks line and ask for change. Now that the Kmart is closed, they’re gone… Or maybe across the street in the Stater Brothers parking lot. Anyway, it’s the same old Franchisey goodness of Starbucks here. They make a good Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte, so they’ve got going for them… Which is nice. Mandatory right turn out of the drive thru exit… Nothing special for Hemet, but this one actually is curved that direction to keep you from escaping to San Jacinto without a trip around the block. Just in case you’re in the market for a used beater, the abandoned Kmart lot is now a de facto car lot with several vehicles bearing«For Sale» signs. One read, «for sail.» Stay in school, Hemet.

Nice and friendly people behind the counter, otherwise nothing special besides tables under umbrellas outside. If you are in the area and need a Starbucks fix, this is worth stopping at. They also have clean restrooms.

Horrible service. The place was dirty, straw trash and empty cups on tables. The cashier was rude. The lady in front of me asked about some of the cups and the girl said thats all we have and when asked if any other starbucks would have different kind she flat out said idk what other stores have. Wtf seriously. She had no problem chatting up other girls she knew by name. Guess u gotta b a regular to be treated right I ordered a mocha frap but got a chocolate shake. Knew color ment it was way wrong and taste confirmed. Yuck. Another lady had to ask why hers was missing carmel and the guy was oh ya sry bout that. Like wtf. Wanted a snack but display case was bare no muffins only two cookies. Thought they must have been busy but while i was waiting i sat down and could see behind counter and they had cart full of snacks cookies muffins. Wtf hard to sell if u dont display. Yuckkkkk

Love this place, Great service, fast and friendly. My only complaint is there is this old creepy guy that wears short shorts always creeping on my girl friend and every other young girl in the building. That’s why I gave it 4 stats.

Pros: Excellent friendly staff. Comfortable Convenient location Cons: Aggressive evangelicals in groups can make the experience here a little uncomfortable at times. It is one thing to have loud Bible studies in a public place, but to then go table to table, sit down and start preaching, well it does ruin the experience a bit. Free speech is great, but converging on individuals merely trying to enjoy a cup of coffee is annoying and rude.

Great location and drive thru is never long. Nice cashiers, never have a complaint. Always friendly. They’ve never gotten my drink wrong. They have a nice outdoor seating area(better than the one by the mall). I haven’t been inside yet so not sure what that is but I’m sure it’s clean and plenty of seating. Only thing that bugs me about this location is I don’t get good reception there so I hardly can check in, darn it! Oh well. Still great. :)

I have just moved to this side of Hemet so this is my new local Starbucks. In my recent experience it was not too shabby. I’m still too comfortable at the other location. My drink was made quickly and properly. Consistent with the other Starbucks I go to. Staff is ok. Not my favorite, but definitely no complaints.

This is a good Starbucks. The drive thru is usually pretty crowded, but it goes by decently fast. They have messed up my drink a couple times, but they always fix it with a smile. No complaints, but not my favorite store. It’s the one on the way to work so it’s the one I frequent!
