Rob Kelly’s After Five

Me and the wife went out for the first time since we moved into Hemet. Had a blast. The bartenders were very friendly. We saw Whiskey Dick and The Naked Time bands. They were awsome! Good friendly crowd. We will be back!

I personally love this place. Everyone here is friendly – both the bartenders and the patrons. Their mixed drinks are good and reasonably priced, bathrooms and the rest of the bar is pretty clean, and they have TVs to watch games on. It’s a nice down to earth environment. I always have a blast here, and I definitely will be back. =)

Love the 5! Bartenders rock, security rocks, drinks rock! Always feel safe here with Donte working the door. Haven’t been in in a while but can’t wait to go back!

Best little dive bar in Hemet with the best choices on beer! Love their micheladas! I met my boyfriend their lol kind of embarrassing but Viviana still remembers us!

So uhhhh, what the hell happened to the prices at this place?
This bar is a total dive without much to distinguish it as unique. As such, I expect to pay dive bar prices.
$ 7.75 for a draft beer? What the? This isn’t an airport or Los Angeles…
I remember this place being more reasonable and I guess they decided they were suddenly fancy enough to start charging crazy prices. Service wasn’t anything to write home about either…

Ok I’m talking about After 5, I might not go out a lot but always feel safe with Viviana. She makes everyone feel comfortable. That’s the only reason why I go and she always makes it real fun and nice

Bar tender is always cool. Place is a laid back place with locals. Every one is cool and very nice. Kinda makes me feel like I might need AA but there bloody Mary’s are GOOD!

Cool little bar. Most people in here are locals but they are not rude. PJ, the bartender is the best in town. Different specials everyday. Clean place.

Not even like describe by the other reviewers. Small, bad smell, loud locals and not much atmosphere.

Went here at 2:00 pm for a beer but ended up with a long Island (their special of the day) and was not at all disappointed!!! The long Island was good and strong for the $ 6 price. So good that we in fact came back a couple hours after shopping for a Michelada and it did not disappoint! SO good!!! This place felt like home. There was a lot of 40yr+ people drunk off their butts but that just made it that much better. We will be back for sure!

Great place to grab a drink and chat with the regulars. Security here is better than most bars in Hemet. They know the town and know who’s trouble. Love this joint.

nothing special, friday night at 10pm and was only 4 people in the whole bar. Been by a couple other nights and about the same…

robert kelly’s is a cool place!!! i’ll definitely go back to hang out with them crazy white folks!!! i went on a thursday and i got to enjoy of the karaōke! it was fun. i sang a spanish song which i could tell a couple of the people there, «minutemen», did not enjoy. i could tell because they were nodding there heads and covering their ears and the track had just started! so i know it wasnt my singing!!!
any way i got a good response from the rest of the people there. a couple good hollers and chants once i was done. i’ll let you in on a secret. if you are a minority and so happen to sing a non english song. the best way for you to win over the whites is to sing
«proud to be an american» you’ll have them on your side in no time…
over all this place was cool. a saturday that i was there it was more mellow but none the less enjoyable. live local band, crazy drunk older cougers /​women dancing who im sure left their kids at home alone, okay beer prices, a local hobo dancing all crazy and shit, and nascar bbq the next day!!! wtf??? nascar bbq??? all-​day event??? shit-​yeah!!! so go check this place out. you’ll have fun :)
