Green’s Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

We use Greens one or two times per year and we love the service! Our carpets are in wonderful shape and we will continue to use this service and recommend to everyone we know! We like the special sanitizing enzyme treatments we get because we do have a dog that likes to spend some time inside.
Mr Green is very kind, very thorough and very professional! Prices are extremely competitive. We won’t think of changing service unless Mr Green retires.

I was given this service by my family because they were pleased with their service. I can’t give five stars and I will tell you why. It was my wedding and I had many family members flying in town for my wedding. Having used Green’s once prior I didn’t hesitate to call again before my family was due to arrive. Well my time came and went and no show of the company or phone call to say they would be late so I called them. The wife of Mr. Green answered the phone and was extremely rude to me. She told me that they wouldn’t show up because they tried to call and my number wasn’t correct so they skipped my home. I was a bit upset that I just sat here all day waiting and they weren’t even planning on showing up. So after a few agonizing minutes with this lady on the phone I realized that my phone number had changed since my last cleaning with them and I apologized to the lady for the mistake but that I forgot that my number wasn’t the same but that they still should have showed up especially when I was a return customer and they knew the correct address. She continued to tell me that she would not do my carpet ever and that if they can’t call they don’t show up cause I could’ve been a prank call. I feel like they should have been a bit more understanding and they shouldn’t have the wife giving customer service because she is not good at it. The only reason they got any stars is because Mr. green still came out to my home and cleaned the carpets for me and they did look good but his wife almost ruined my wedding weekend for me and for that I can not use them anymore. It’s too bad cause Mr. Green was a very nice man.
