We had few properties that were managed by another property management company in Hemet. We will not get the rent money in our account till the 25^th of month. There were times when the rent even started coming the second month. When we call our property management they will not answer the phone or it would take them days to get back with us. We were really frustrated. When we drove by the property it would be a mess with weeds growing all over the place.
Our tenant got behind in 3 months of rent and our property management did nothing to collect the rent. Finally we switched to EZ Realty & Property Management Inc. Erum Balouch personally took care of our tenant problems. She got all rents out of the tenant with in first 10 days. We have been with her since March and her company truly made our life EZ. I have recommended two of my other friends who were dealing with the same issue with their tenants and property management company they switched over with Erum and she has done phenomenon job for them. Their team is really good at what they do. I would highly recommend this company for property management.

EZ reality management company is truly amazing. I was totally frustrated and unhappy with my previous property management company who was charging me ridiculous fees but not delivering on their promises while my property was being neglected by delinquent renters.
The name E Z says it all. They were EZ to deal with, reasonable fees, great customer service and they really put my mind at ease while fully taking care of my property. I would always recommend this company over anyone else. Thank you so much Erum. We really appreciate you.
