I have gone to this place on several occasions and I must say the girls upfront are very nice and helpful same with the people in medical records except for the older heavyset lady that sits in the last desk at the back she is rude and acts like your bugging her to do her job. Now the radiologists are complete idiots I have had several MRI and each time they never give a straight answer on the reports or its conplete opposite of what the previous report said. Its amazing how my stenosis just disappered. I have to go to this place because of my insurance but I wish I didnt.

Rude employees. The place is nicely decorated, to bad the employees are so rude. And they do not go in order either wtf. Dam this place is like every other hemet place full of rude people. After i signed paperwork she tells us to go through glass door which leads to hallway to left and right and half a dozen doors. I had to go back and ask what to do once i go through door. Shes like oh go right then sits in chairs. Couldve told me that in first place bitch, im not a freakin mind reader

I’ve been to this location a few times for ultrasounds, x-​rays, a ct scan and to pick up records. Every time I’ve gone, it’s been a good experience. The people that work here are very nice and thorough. It’s conveniently located close to Hemet Hospital. It’s really clean and new and they have 2 separate waiting rooms for ultrasounds and x-​rays. The ultrasound technicians are awesome and stick to what they know, which is hard to find. Parking is nice and easy. I always try to come to this location if I can help it!
