Placer Oldsmobile Pontiac Subaru

The service department at Placer Subaru is excellent. Crystal always greets with you with a smile, the work is done well and the bills make sense. They have a comfortable place to wait and the mechanics there are nice guys that will take the time to answer your questions.
I transferred from out of state and the warranty package in my home state was different than what is covered in Montana. Crystal took the time to verify the differences and didn’t charge me for things that aren’t included in Montana. She did this without making me feel like a total jerk.
After I got my Forester back, it was clean and everything (seat and radio included) were right where I left them. I’ll continue coming here even after my warranty expires.

I’ve taken my car here three times now. The first time the mechanic told me what was wrong and showed me a simple fix, no charge! Everyone else had wanted $ 65 just to look at it. The two other times they fixed the problem and beat all the other prices I got. For a dealership that is amazing! I believe in supporting smaller places but Placer beats their prices all the time. And that is without the additional Military Discount! The only problem I have here is they are always busy! Sometimes I can’t wait a few days to get the car fixed. But I’ll keep going back here first to see if they can do the repair. I don’t remember the guys name, but it might be the Johnson mentioned in the previous review. He was recommended by another repair place for being as honest as they get, and knowing the Subaru’s backwards.

Bought a 2011 Outback from Ken. Couldn’t have been easier, with no pressure or pricing gimmicks. Same experience with other sales guys there. Service has been limited on new car, but fast and professional. Kind of the old fashioned and friendly way of doing business with people you trust and enjoy. Not like the guys out on HWY 12 east.
