I found this quaint little shop while on a visit to Helen. What a find. They have a great selection of nuts and more types of jerky than I knew existed… just the most unusual stuff. I loved it.
The sweetest married couple owns the store. They couldn’t be nicer.

We stopped by The Nut Cottage at the suggestion of a bartender during our recent vacation to Helen, GA. and I was so glad we did.
They are a small little store, owned by a husband and wife team, and they seem to really love what they do.
They not only sell a variety of nut mixtures, but they also have some of the weirdest jerky’s I’ve ever since.
We purchased some kangaroo jerky and some smoked salmon jerky. The smoked salmon was by far our favorite of the two. They kangaroo jerky was just a tad too tough for my tastes.
While we were there we also sampled some wasabi cashews that were amazing!

I love any type of nut so I just had to pop into this tiny little shop. They carry any kind of flavored nut you could think of and then some! They also carry salmon jerky (yum). We spoke to the owner who couldn’t be more pleasant. The Cajun mix was the best.
