I ordered a special they had 2 Large single topping pizzas & 2 liter of pop for $ 14.99. Clearly told the girl who’s name is Jamie that we wanted that special and that I had a coupon for it and that we wanted meat lovers topping. Drove over to Hedrick, and upon arrival there was only one large pizza. The girl who was there stated that we told her that we did not want the special and that the girl on the phone had asked us if we wanted the special and supposedly we told her no according to this heavy set lady at the gas station who was working when I arrived. Told her that was not true that I was the one who called and stated clearly that I wanted the special. Told her to make another pizza and that I would take the special. She stated it would be 15 to 25 minutes to make. The worker did not seem happy and her and the guy who was working and the other blonde girl who was there were kind of making snod remarks about having to make the pizza I assume they did not think I was still in the location or was not listening. I sat and waited and it took approximately 35 minutes to make the pizza. I was looking around for Rc Cola or Sundrop the pop featured on the special ad and could not find a 2 liter of either kind in the store. When the blonde girl rang up the purchase I told her I want to use the coupon and asked her if there was any SunDrop or Rc anywhere. That is when the fat heavy girl spoke up and stated to her in a snotty tone «don’t ring him up for the special he didn’t get the special». The blonde girl then stated to me «you can keep the coupon because you didn’t get the special». I wanted to really scream at them at this point but I figured after about the third damn time of explaning myself I don’t think it would sink in their damn heads. So basically instead of getting the special deal and driving 15 miles to get the special I had planned to get, instead I ended up paying $ 20, and probably about $ 5-​$ 10 in gas driving there and back home just to get some damn order that I did not order. I feel that the customer service at this place was very rude, no smile, no thank you, no apologies, they did not listen to me after the 3^rd time hint «3 times» of explaining to them what I wanted. I don’t understand how people can be so rude and work in the public. I always thought the customer was right but in this case I guess they don’t care about the customers and just want a quick paycheck for being rude and not getting the correct order right the first time around or at least attempting to apologize instead of scowling and making rude remarks about customers when they think they aren’t listening. Also very misleading that the correct soda was not in stock either. Pretty sad. I won’t be returning and will be sure to spread word about this place. Not sure of the blonde girl or even the heavy set dark head girls names but I went there @ around 5pm on 4÷29÷13. Hopefully the manager see’s this and knows what type of workers she has.
