A very cute but pricier café. The food is great and exactly that: something simple. Quiet countryside atmosphere, and great for picking up a «clean» lunch. Average wait time for food.

I absolutely love this place! I recommend it to everyone who comes to Hebron and it’s quickly becoming a tradition for visitors every time they come to my office! Quaint, adorable, homey, and amazing food and coffees!

I love this little place! It’s honestly like going into the coffee shop on Friends. The coffee is really good and the food(both breakfast and lunch) has never disappointed me. However, I can’t give it 5 stars due to the insane wait. It takes far too long to get your food. A panini could take 20 – 25 min. I will say, this is not a one time occurrence. I’ve been multiple times and had both breakfast and lunch, during busy times and slow times, and every time it took forever(seemingly) to get food. So, knowing this, don’t go if you’re starving. It’s perfect if you’re not in a hurry or go just before you’re hungry because by the time your food comes, you will be.

Good coffee, friendly service, countrified décor, a great place to overhear small-town gossip. Sadly the food’s only so-so, sometimes not the freshest ingredients, portions too large, too heavy on the sauces and still ends up bland. Still, an asset to the town: better coffee than anywhere else around, and a great place to have a little you-time or sit with friends and catch up.

Awesome, friendly, small and simple. Their food is delicious. I’ve had the tuna salad pannini. I live an hour away but am in Hebron 2x week. For my grandson and I this is our stop of choice. Also get their home made scones… To die for! Wish I lived closer.

Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. They have a variety of interesting lattes and teas. Had a tasty veggie ciabatta today and a delicious salad on my last visit.

Funny enough, my fiancé and I were using Unilocal to find a breakfast spot, and we pulled into a random parking lot as it said we passed our original destination. We couldn’t find the diner we were going to but saw we had parked at Something Simple Café Cute little place with a nice layout. They have their entire selection on a huge chalkboard on the wall. After awkwardly staring past two people having a conversation as we tried to choose our breakfast, the waifu looked around and found actual menus I got a Honey Bun iced latte. Very good. The French toast was fluffy and tasty and she enjoyed her Wake Up Wrap. And filling two grown adults stomachs for under $ 20, including drinks is pretty nice. Would definitely come here again

Stopped in today and got breakfast sandwiches(made fresh) and checked out their menu while I waited. Interesting salad and sandwich options that I definitely need to come back and check out. The bagels for our sandwiches were great so I’m absolutely planning another visit.

Nice little café in the historic section of Hebron. The quality of food is great, and the specials are very interesting and numerous. Having only tried a few I’m interested to try more. Parking is limited out front but there is a lot to the building on the right side or the library on the left. I was initially thrown off by the price of a large cup of coffee(over $ 3) but they serve organic Bean and Leaf coffees which are well worth it. And once discovering the house latte(Lavender Honey Latte) I’ve skipped the standard coffees favoring the lattes. They use local suppliers such as The Farmers Cow and Hosmer Mountain sodas. The food is fresh and amazing. The only con I have is with the speed of service(otherwise I’d be at 5 stars). Since they are a small and busy place stopping in for a latte will take several minutes of waiting at the small counter. I suggest coming and sitting down either inside or outside on the side porch when the weather is nice. Well worth the visit when near this area.

Food is ok, but they are always kind of slow. We’ve gotten sandwiches here at least three times and it always seems to take longer than it should. Better than your chain type café, just don’t expect it to be fast.

Great little breakfast and lunch café quaintly located right in the heart of the village of Hebron offering a number of coffee beverages, teas, baked goods, paninis and excellent breakfast sandwiches. I went with the wake up wrap, offered in spinach or whole wheat, and including eggs, your choice of sausage or bacon(I had the former), roasted red peppers and spinach. One of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had.

So nice to have this café in town. I’ve only been for breakfast so far but it’s been spot on each time. Love the waffles with strawberries!

This café is really a gem in Hebron. They offer high quality food and beverages at reasonable prices with great service and atmosphere. I am always delighted when I visit and have never been dissatisfied with my meal or the service. It is owned by the sweetest family who are always on the premises. My one complaint is that some of the food is not as fresh as you would expect(pastries not made there, highly processed breads, etc.). I think offering a more organic menu would pay off for them, however they likely don’t have the space or equiptment to be baking their pastries fresh daily.

It’s a place to eat if you have no where else to stop and are hungry. The prices are just excessive for basic food(egg sandwich). The staff seem unseasoned and need more experience.

Best café in Hebron. Delicious sandwiches and great coffee. The lattes are always tasty, your choice of soy, almond, or regular milk. Try the wake up wrap with sausage, so good!

Awesome sandwiches, different and delicious lattes, great music, not too crowded(even on a Saturday between 11 and 12), friendly staff, outdoor seating, plenty of outlets, wifi. Like what else does this review even need, this place is fucking amazing.

So I’ve been here a dozen times and it’s time for a review! Something simple is more than that! It’s something wonderful! I go here often for breakfast and not one thing is less than delicious! My kids enjoy their Belgian waffles loaded with strawberries and whip cream! I come here two or three times a week just for the honey bun latte! Their paninis are amazing for lunch as well! Most importantly nothing beats fantastic service! The owner is the nicest woman around! We love something simple! The atmosphere is always warm and inviting and even with my kids running around I still feel welcome!
