Stopped in for a quick beer before my flight home. Staff was friendly, beer was cold and they let me charge my phone while I waited.

The food was good but the service was extremely slow. Additionally, they committed what I considered one of the biggest mistakes of any restaurant, which is to serve the appetizers at the same time as the main course.

Hubby, daughter, and I ate here pre-flight since we had some time before our flight. Daughter had the burger and fries which she claimed was very tasty. Hubby had a caesar salad with chicken. Pretty standard. I had a sandwich. I cannot recall what kind, which tells me that it was not memorable. What I do remember is sitting at a table for four near the kitchen. AND, a worker with a cart came by several times to take food outside of the restaurant. It was a metal, noisy, obnoxious cart: o(AND, when the lone waitress was cleaning up a nearby table, while she was moving a wooden highchair she banged it right into my chair. She didn’t even acknowledge that it happened. Rude! Definitely have experienced better service elsewhere. Maybe it’s safer to sit at the bar!

Do not go here. It took us over an hour to get food — in an airport. If you want beer, they’re good!

They have beer. Outside of that nothing positive here. Terribly slow service. Even worse bar food. Grab an overpriced pint but don’t plan eating unless you are desperate.

Ordered the fish n’ chips and SA Cherry Wheat. The beer was the best part of the meal. Fish was not«beer battered» fish but it wasn’t advertised as such either. Just two extra large slabs of tasteless fish. The fries were shoe string, but also tasteless… like cardboard sticks.

No no no no no. Go to Starbucks. Travelmart. The cellphone accessory store. But not here. Unless you need a Sam Adams beer. I have one star because I couldn’t give no stars.

Sat down to grab a quick dinner at 715 on a Sunday(flight was delayed) and the server warned me not to order food if I was in a hurry because, «he’s just standing back there not making anything. People waited 45 minutes for nachos.» At least the beer was cold.

Horrible food! Avoid at all costs! Over priced & bad. Fries were cold & soggy. Burger was over cooked & flavorless. Bacon on it was soggy Even for airport food this was exceptionally bad!

Decent airport eatery. We had a veggie burger and broccoli cheese soup. Food was served fairly quickly and everything tasted fine.

Waiting for a colleague to arrive and need a place to charge the phone and get ready for a meeting tomorrow. Good beer, very clean(great for an airport), quiet no Tv, free wifi.

Mediocre food at an expensive price. Only able to eat the government surplus cafeteria«beef» patty because I was starving. Avoid this place and go to subway down the way.

The worst nachos I’ve ever had. Since when is «beer cheese» just nacho cheese, and the«Sam Adams chili» is off-brand canned chili, with jarred jalapeños on top, I would rate this as a horrible disappointment. If you have to come here, do beer only.

Wait staff is so in attentive that they didn’t notice my empty glass and never asked to take a food order. So I walked away buzzed and hungry. Management really should evaluate staff.

Great beer, typical food for an airport sports bar. Had the fish sandwich and it was huge, but only ok. The fish was nicely fried and it was on a decent ciabatta, but the veggies were limp. Fries were good, and, as I said, beer was excellent. For an airport restaurant, not a bad option.

Chain restaurant bar with typical sandwiches such as Turkey Club, burgers, nachos, fish & chips. Serve Samuel Adams beer plus approx 10 others. Full bar as well. Service at bar was fairly quick(15−20min to get food). Turkey club did not have real sliced turkey but rather looked like Oscar Meyer sliced turkey or something like that. Thin string fries are cold before you eat them. Guy next to me said he liked his fish and chips. Their hours were open until 9pm so after I had dinner around 6pm I came back at 8:45pm for a drink before my flight took off– they had already shut down the bar and would not serve us…

Nobody should fly on an empty stomach, well that is unless you get airsick, but if you are about to embark on a long flight where the only sustenance is a pack of pretzels and 2oz of ginger ale, you have to make the dreaded Sophie’s Choice decision as to where to eat. Fast food or restaurant-ish… Airport businesses in general are notorious for inflated prices and who can blame them? You’re at their mercy and have no choice. Well, unfortunately Sam Adams Brewhouse is no different in that regard. However, the food is fine, and for some reason or another, I typically find my flight gate in this wing and so instead of stuffing a Subway meal down my throat, I will sample some of the grub here. I have had the soup(forget what kind, probably chicken noodle) and brownie dessert and I believe something else food wise. Service is fine and attentive. If you have the time, this place is an ok choice and considering the open«windows» you can sit there and people watch(the BEST part about waiting in an airport) for a long time. Safe travels!

Standard fare for a standard airport bar/restaurant. The food was passable and the server seemed nice but the prices were alarmingly high. Just don’t order the steak salad and ask for medium. The first time my salad came out — the steak was cold and looked like it wanted to give me e.coli. The second time the steak was completely well done… maybe a bit beyond well done. It’s not that hard! Get it together people!

Bar is always dead when I fly out of Cincinnati. Pricing is alittle high and not so friendly service. But I have to say that the beer is always good.
