Hebron Grille

Everything about my first time here was positive. Been working in the area for years, and finally got tired of charging up my expense account at the normal chains you can find anywhere in America. My co-​worker and I had some wings to start, a couple beers, and each ordered burgers. The wing sauces are all made in-​house. We had the zombie sauce (chipotle) and happy tears. Happy tears will light your ass up, both literally and figuratively. The burger I had was A+. Perfectly cooked to order and had the optimal amount of mayo. I went with the «country fried» that had and egg and ham on it. Incredible. Tater tots are offered here rather than your normal boring fries. Tater tots are criminally underrated, I’m glad this place is fighting the good fight.
The bartender was named Summer, and she was everything you could ever want in a bartender. Had a great smile, likely regrettable tattoos (I know about those all too well), and responded well to innocent flirting. Most importantly, she brought us new beers when she noticed our levels were nearing the ¼ mark. Didn’t even need to ask, she knew we didn’t come for just 1 beer. I love it when they do that!
I’m so happy I went outside of my normal spots in this area. I found a new favorite!

Great atmosphere! The food is great and the night I went they had an acoustic cover band playing. I was pleasantly surprised. Service was also pretty good.

Nice local place. I enjoyed the live music on Saturday night. I went out on a limb and ordered the Bourbon Street pasta and I wasn’t disappointed. Light tomato cream sauce with some kick was surprising. My entrée was prepared perfectly. They had a nice selection of craft beers. Service was good. I felt like I was home after a half hour. Thank you!

Excellent choice for a tasty comfort food. We tried the Alabama Chicken. We are not adventurous but the awesome server talked us into trying the white BBQ sauce. Best chicken we had in a long time. Try it with the coleslaw and a slice of carrot cake.

I had pretty high hopes when we decided to check this place out, but left a little underwhelmed and without even finishing my food.
The inside is actually lovely, dark colors and a cozy atmosphere, almost like that of an English pub. The service was very friendly and fast, and the girl was incredibly sweet. They get 5 stars on service and friendliness.
The food I didn’t actually finish… I ordered just a cheeseburger with tots. The tots were your standard frozen tots, and were cold, and the bun on my burger was so burnt I just tasted charred bread every time I took a bite. I finished about half my meal before I gave up.
My dining partner had the salmon BLT, which he quite enjoyed, except for his bun was also pretty burnt and his fries were cold as well.
Atmosphere wise this place was lovely and quaint, and their menu looks awesome, but execution and food left me wanting a bit.

Stopped in at 5 on a Sunday afternoon. Four adults and three children. Service was top notch. Our server David was very knowledgeable of the menu. I’ve always been impressed with a server that doesn’t need a notepad. The beer cheese with the pretzel bites was superb. We saved to the leftover cheese for the fries. The twisted fries are a sort of thin and spicy potato wedge. Very good. The white BBQ sauce is special. My first time trying a white sauce and I was impressed. I had the Alabama chicken wrap. Again, top notch. All other adults had a burger variant with rave reviews all around. I do not live in the area, we stopped in as a midway point to meet my family from KY.
We have all agreed to make this place our meeting spot from here on out. Great craft beers, unique menu and fantastic service. Enjoy!

This was my first burger of #CincinnatiBurgerWeek and it was somewhat of an adventure, but I’m glad I left the fried pork belly on, it was fantastic! Huge burger overflowing with toppings and dropping with bbq sauce. Excellent first choice.

I’m rarely in Hebron, but Hebron Grille was on the list for the Cincy Burger Week, and their $ 5 burger sounded really good, so we decided to drive out there to check it out. I saw some mixed Unilocal reviews, so we had no clue what to expect, but I can say we were pleasantly surprised. The service was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I actually was really impressed with our server. The dining area is small, but he seemed to be the only one working and was handling all his tables impressively.
The food was really good. I went ahead and got the Burger Week special. For only $ 5, it was a burger with gouda cheese, fried pork belly, and a bacon-​onion jam. I added a side of the Saratoga chips. The burger was cooked well and really tasty. The toppings on it was delicious! It was all pretty messy, but I think a good burger should be! I loved the Saratoga chips, and the barbecue dipping sauce they came with was really good as well. My boyfriend got a burger off the regular menu. I can’t remember everything that was on it, but there was a fried egg. He got tots as his side and enjoyed everything.
If I’m ever in the area again, I’d definitely come back!

I don’t normally have a reason to be in Hebron, but came out here for lunch during burger week because their burger sounded good… and it was. A thick, handmade patty topped with bacon, grilled onions and a bourbon bbq sauce between a brioche bun. Unfortunately it and the fries were just luke warm, like they had been sitting for a while before service. This doesn’t surprise me because the attractive bartender was so distracted by her phone that she was ‘fai-​ling’ at her job — inattentive and inefficient to say the least. Maybe she was just having a bad day… But the local and domestic beer on tap was adequate and the food was good enough to give it another shot next time I’m out this way.

Great local restaurant with really good food. Had the 12oz. New York strip steak which was cooked perfectly. Twisted fries were also tasty. Really like the peanut slaw. Very different but very good. The service was fine.

Sat at the bar and had the salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was way better than I expected. The food was really good. Good selection of beer and wine. The service was just okay, but it was the bartenders first night on her own.

My family had dinner here last night after not going back for over a year. We just weren’t very impressed the last few times we’d been. It was great to see that they have somewhat reinvented themselves! The tots and pretzels were both fantastic appetizers! Definitely need to get the alligator bites next time. The wings were great, mahi was very good, and my wife loved her salmon Caesar! Overall great experience for a local spot. Nice to see someone bring some positive change to the dining experience in the area! We’ll definitely be more frequent visitors after this last trip!

Alabama BBQ wrap and Dirty Bird chicken sandwich was AWESOME! Get the spiral fries… They are better the the tater tots. The kids had the popcorn shrimp, and they was much better than ANYWHERE else… They made Red Lobster popcorn shrimp look like cheap stuff!

This place is good. Great craft beer, food is really good. Service is good too. I really like it.

My new favorite place! Cool atmosphere, nice people, and amazing food. The Alabama bbq sauce is amazing! Anything with that is a slice or spoonful of heaven.

A super GOOD selection of craft beer. I had the best pumpkin beer ever. The bartenders were super friendly. Coming from DC where everything is about upsale upsale. I appreciate this very much.
My bf and I shared the gumbo, stuffed potato and salmon Caesar salad. All was really good. Stuffed potato was a meal on it’s own. I could have asked for dressing on the side. It was so much (a southern thing-​my bf said)

Well how to start… I have had worse everything was Ok I ordered a shrimp salad with out onions and guess what it had onions on it… Not a good way to start. Over all service was Ok just nothing I would ever go to again.

We visited Hebron Grille for my birthday last night. I wanted to find a place with good food, good craft beer selection and good prices. After ready the old reviews from the past ownership and the new reviews from the new ownership (as of January 2014) I was sold.
The new reviews were spot on! We were actually served by Emily, who we later found out was the daughter of Head Chef and Owner Darren, she was very knowledgable of the menu and the beers and was on point with service. The atmosphere was cozy and quiet and the food was great.
The menu choices had something for everyone including nightly specials and as Darren explained to us on the weekend gets «kind of fancy.» He was excited about the place and explained that everything is freshly prepared daily… he’s a local guy from the area bringing great food, drinks and atmosphere. We will be back!

A definite must visit! Our second time here. Delicious Cajun and Creole with awesome wings and burgers. Craft beer selection is fantastic and the prices are even better!
Wing sauces are all delicious and made in house, peanut slaw is killer, can’t say enough about this place. Great food, great new ownership.
