Solid, smaller, and easier to navigate hardware store that had what I needed(a simple silicone washer) to fix my dryer. The part was so cheap, about .50c, that the clerk paid for it. Yeah, no lie. I was thankful and very glad to have stopped here. The part works perfectly and now my dryer doesn’t make banshee in a blender noises.

I have to agree with the other helper who stated that the staff is overly helpful. However, I prefer too much help over no help at all. I think the staff there are coached to walk up to every person that they see and offer help. this isn’t always a bad thing but when your just browsing around and every aisle you walk into your asked what your looking for it can be too much. Other than that I can only say good things about this place. The staff there is always nice. Also one thing I never knew this place is dog friendly. No need to leave the pup in the car.

Can a store’s staff be too helpful? Yes. This is a well-stocked Ace Hardware, and it’s an oasis because it’s the only hardware store near Burlington and Hebron. You can generally find what you’re looking for there. The only downside is that unless you happen to be in there when it’s really busy(and I haven’t ever been), you’ll generally have an employee follow you around asking if he can help you(there are female employees there, but they don’t seem to exhibit this semi-creepy behavior). Hey, sometimes I just want to look around myself. Take the hint. But I’m so glad this store is here. It’s been a lifesaver.
