Great location if you are going to or coming from Pacific City. This place is under new ownership. Food is pretty basic: fish and chips, burgers and grilled cheese but the fish is great. They have a halibut operation in Alaska and are really nice. We had to wait a long time because the owner was by herself today but I would definitely go back. She made our toddler feel right at home. We recommend the halibut sandwich.

Stopped for lunch on a long drive. Quaint old-fashioned café, service was good. Salad with island dressing was well-made and satisfying, fried oysters were a bit small and not exactly a good portion size(six small oysters isn’t exactly what I would consider an adequate lunch), french fries, while obviously hand-cut from potatoes, were soggy with fat. Overheard the cook telling the server they were out of french fries, so I assume I got the bottom of the barrel there. Not the best of performances, maybe I came in on a bad day.

Nice little place, with excellent food! Found it while on our way from Eugene to Netarts, looked interesting, so we stopped in.
