This is in regards to the comment about Mark Smedley being a small town shyster.
I have personally know Mr. Smedley for over 15 years. In all that time I have never, ever seen anything but an honorable man.
I guess the case did not go in favor of Matt F. from California, and it’s just a case of sour apples.

rarely do you meet a lawyer who’s commitment is more than just to his fees. Mark Smedley is one of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure dealing with. His fee structure is more than reasonable, but I like the fact that when I have lunch with the man, it really is lunch, not just more bill-​able hours.
